Live or Memorex? Boston Marathon Media Event

Let the analysis begin into this latest media event. Is it possible to know if this is really happening as we are told? Was a concurrent drill or FEMA exercise happening at the time? Are we watching live or recorded as live footage?

Think about it … these events are easier to fake than one thinks.

Those that pull off these psyOp events are smarter than ever, honing their skills weekly. “Live” events with “witnesses” in downtown areas are more challenging – but I noticed in some “live” footage military busy assisting.

While this could really be happening, let’s keep our BS detectors on high alert for fakery.

As technology improves, it is clear that it will be impossible to tell what’s real.

This phenomenon is called photorealism. It is like a magic wand that brings a fantasy into the life while is used by a skilled artist. Obtaining render which is indistinguishable from a photograph became the Holy Grail of 3D design since 1960s. The target in this work is to reach perfection. In this particular case it means to imitate the reality to the smallest dots. It requires high level of attention even to the rarest details.
