Sometimes fakery is detected just by the absence of natural human behaviour. In the case of Kate Middleton her presumed fake child-birth appear overly scripted and the symbology of her the red dressing-code clearly show the heavy hand of artificial reality, it’s just like a movie – or more exactly – just like Rosemary’s Baby in the the case of Kate.
