I listened the most recent noagendashow.com. These two are half-way between the sleeple and fakeologists. For instance, they look for the conspiracies behind this story, which looking at the numbers, is mostly likely completely fake:
Portland City Commissioner Nick Fish says flushing 38 million gallons of water after a man urinated in the Mt. Tabor Reservoir system is the correct call, even if it prompts complaints that the city is overreacting or wasting water.
via Portland is flushing 38 million gallons of water from reservoir, because teenager urinated in it.

After 600 shows, you’d think they’d start to see a pattern in media fakery and hoaxes, unless of course, they’re willingly blind or gatekeeping.

It seems to have something to do with a fight between the EPA and Portland over regulations

It’s a stupid story, but perhaps they are just priming the public for the money they are going to have to spend upgrading the reservoirs now that they’ve ran out of options to fight the new regs.
That Portland res story sounds a LOT like an exercise to me.
Let me explain, they are required to do exercises simulating attacks on infrastructure on a regular basis. Their exercise scenario probably involved the release of some dangerous substance into the res. For whatever reason, they decided to tell the public a kid urinated into the res, probably because they had to give SOME reason why they were going to empty it.
Just speculation but exercises are being held everywhere, all the time, lately
