If you can’t make it, fake it

Look what kooky (sarcasm) video they made just before 9/11/2001.

Area 51 was used for filming? Probably, and perhaps there are many Hollywool sound stages there as well for military movie spoofing.

Here’s an old Fritz Lang movie referenced in the below podcast. Apparently inspired by Jules Verne and H.G. Wells.

Good special effects for 1902!

Real player?

note the misalignment and cross-eyed look

Whenever I see magic numbers and odd circumstances, I get suspicious. Any hockey fans care to demonstrate the existence of this guy?

Is this a sim player being used to demonstrate a real problem in hockey and other contract sports,  concussions leading to brain injury that can lead to major post career problems?

Is this a real person who is so obscure that a fake story is used and he will just carry on living without anyone calling out the lie (perhaps like a space shuttle asstruenot?)

I’m not an NHL hockey can, so perhaps someone out there can investigate.

Odd picture to.  The head and helmet seem misaligned, possible photoslop error.

Later came stints with the Florida Panthers, Anaheim Ducks, Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres and then Chicago, where he had signed a four-year, US$11-million contract. (Ab-Who didn’t he play for?)

His NHL future in doubt after the concussion problem, he signed with the KHL on a new team in Zagreb, Croatia, in the summer of 2013, but only played 11 games.

In 10 NHL seasons, Montador had 33 goals, 98 assists and 807 penalty minutes.

This reminded me of the celebusim NHL hockey player Ace Bailey, discussed here: cluesforum.info/viewtopic.php?…

Remember, as the public rejects religion and its leaders, new ones are created in the cults of sport and celebrity. People need leaders, and they need to follow. In Canada at least, hockey players can fit this bill.
