Is The Powerball Rigged? 6 Conspiracy Theories That Claim The Game Isn’t What It Seems

Be the 1st to vote.

Here’s the mainstream media take on my idea (and George Orwell’s) that all major lotteries BIG prizes aren’t what they seem.

Leave it until the last point to get closest to my way of thinking.

When most people think about lottery conspiracy theories, the first thing that usually comes to mind is the curse that purportedly plagues the big winners.

I glanced at the lottery conspriacy articles but my primary beef, after buying one ticket and losing, is that the there appeared to be 3 winners who split that billion plus amount. How can there be 3 winning numbers? I thought I bought a chance on a billion when in fact it was a chance on some split of a billion. That’s not fair and represents the number one basic fraud of this lottery. I feel like we should do a class action lawsuit of a billion dollars split among all the people who feel betrayed like me. I really DID promote myself around my neighbourhood as the holder of a potential billion dollar ticket. I promised people I’d share it with them and they told me what they wanted and what I could get them. It was great fun. If I had realized I was only going to get 1/3 of a billion, I certainly would not have done that. A billion dollar ticket should have yielded a billion dollars to one person or group who held ONE ticket. That was the beauty of the idea. What a rip off! AT least I ought to get my $2 ticket cost back.
