Mississauga is due for Agenda 2030 densification, piling people vertically instead of horizontally over the former farm lands. This is necessary if millions more are to be imported into the rapidly crowded GTA, where I live.

Are exploding houses/blocks a technique for fraud/acceleration of the process?

Perhaps this latest development to the story is a clue. [previous post]

I doubt any real cause will be found of this event – if there is one found, it will be when no-one remembers or cares.

4201 Hickory Drive, the infamous address of the home that exploded earlier this summer, killing two people while displacing hundreds of residents in the neighbourhood, is for sale.The property, in the area of Dixie and Rathburn roads, is listed at $675,000 by Save Max Real Estate Brokerage in Brampton. It went on the market earlier this month. Raman Dua is listed as the broker of record.
