…..We’ve just been treated to the “baby son of unclear button” hoax in lil’ ol’ Ingland last month and now the clowns have come up with an explanation for the hydpar on 19 December 2017….when originally…
A spokesman for the Royal Navy said: “We can confirm a nuclear alarm which sounded tonight in HM Naval Base Devonport was a false alarm.
“The alarm was triggered by a power outage and there was no cause for concern.
“We apologise for anyone who was worried by the alarm which sounded briefly at about 6.30pm and was switched off as soon as possible.”

The nuclear alert siren at HMS Raleigh was activated for eight minutes after somebody accidentally pressed a button, it has emerged. [i.e. from the scriptwriting department of these unclear hoaxers]
The incident promoted a review into how the control system is operated. [i.e. how the hoax system is managed by these clowns]
“The control system has an automatic timer which looks a little bit like the digital control panel of your central heating system at home.
“We believe that on returning the control system back to line up after reprogramming it, it would appear that one of the buttons was pressed incorrectly, which effectively put the automatic system for the Raleigh siren to manual and in the ‘on’ position.
“The icon on the LED screen was not seen by the maintainer when he returned the system to normal line up.”

suuure.. first it was a hoaxed “outage” , upgrading to hoaxed button pressing…
The earlier, Jan 18 report was even more comical…

[Richard] Clark [deputy head of safety at the base] said: “An extensive technical investigation has been conducted and that’s concluded that the siren was activated due to human error.
“The control system has an automatic timer which looks a little bit like the digital control panel of your central heating system at home.
“It has a number of small round buttons very close together and it’s located next to a small LED panel.

    Total unclear BS.
