Another great comedian (well back in the 70s/80s mainly) passes away in questionable circumstances…
Mork & Mindy was one of the best sitcoms ever. Loved it..
Back to planet Ork then 😐
August 12, 2014 at 7:32 am #11471rgosParticipantAnother one joining the club?
Obligatory Monkey Theme:
August 12, 2014 at 8:05 am #11472xileffilexParticipantFamily wants to be left alone to grieve in private – just like the wife of ex-BBC Radio 1 disc jockey Mike Smith who allegedly died recently of “complications followng heart surgery” when nobody knew he was ill.
August 12, 2014 at 12:45 pm #11478Tom DalpraParticipantWhen Janis Joplin, then Jimi Hendrix – clearly two big music figures of the time – died back in 1970 people asked: ”Who’s gonna be the third?”
Sure enough, Jim Morrison ( ‘rock poet’) went to Paris and died – in a bath – in questionable circumstances.
It was the end of the sixties.
After Rik Mayall and Robin Williams, who will be the third great, manic, comedic actor of our time to expire?
If Jim Carey pegs it, we’ll know it’s a theme!DalTampra
August 12, 2014 at 2:18 pm #11484Banazîr GalbasiMemberI met Robin Williams once in Vancouver BC while working in an electronics store. Robin was buying a stereo system and I approached him and shook his hand. He was very subdued. I figured he was just trying to be low key but it was very strange to see him not being ‘on’. I suppose he could have been suffering from depression even back then in about 2007. It could be a bit of both too, that he was depressed and just wanted out. As he put in his time, he was let off his contractual leash and can happily retire out of the public eye no longer getting hounded in his day to day life by every Tom, Dick and Harry (like yours truly) simply joining the DCP.
And speaking of Tom (probably of no relation), he mentioned Jim Carrey as a candidate to fulfill the ‘celebrities die in 3’s’ phenominon. He has been mentioned in the past as being dead in the news:
And interesting of note is this site that basically has every celebrity listed as dead just so they can be the number one search found on google if and when your favorite actor snuffs it. I first noticed this back when Paul Walker died(?).

Robin Williams Family Guy episode about a suicide attempt aired on BBC Three as news of actor’s death broke:
BBC Three viewers were shocked by an “uncanny coincidence” last night when news of Robin Williams’ apparent suicide came in just as a Family Guy episode centring around Robin Williams and a failed suicide attempt finished.
The episode ‘Fatman and Robin’ sees Peter Griffin cursed with the ability to turn everything he touches into Robin Williams after he accuses God of hating the Mrs. Doubtfire actor during a thunderstorm.
Driven to madness like King Midas, the curse leads Peter to try and commit suicide.
The cartoon ended just minutes before the world learned that Williams had died at his northern California home, with Marin County Sheriff’s Office saying that it suspected the death was a suicide due to asphyxia.
Viewers were quick to express how “weird” they found the chilling coincidence on Twitter, with the BBC announcing it will not be repeating the episode this week.

August 12, 2014 at 5:19 pm #11493Tal ShiarMemberHey, he was a great comic of the 90’s as well! Mrs Doubtfire and Aladdin were huge with my age group!
August 12, 2014 at 8:34 pm #11506CarysParticipantStrange interview Johnny. Suicide? Asphyxiation?
Hinted at here: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1560169/Actor and comedian Robin Williams committed suicide by hanging himself after first apparently trying to slash one of his wrists, authorities said Tuesday.
http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-robin-williams-death-hanging-20140812-story.html
The “fool” (Joker) playing the hanging man as @PeterShea noted. Both characters often showing up in psyOps, including “the biggest hoax of our time”!
Who knows eh? Just listening to Audiochat Aug 11-12 2014 on all this…

“More phone calls about the news came in, and Koko overheard one from a former colleague,” Dr. Penny Patterson, her mentor and surrogate mother, noted on Koko.org on Monday. “About a half an hour later, Koko signed to Penny: ‘CRY LIP.'” Koko then “became very somber, with her head bowed and her lip quivering.” (Koko is able to understand more than 1,000 signs in American Sign Language.)
I guess Koko likes to eavesdrop on people’s phone conversations!

If Jim Carey pegs it, we’ll know it’s a theme! There goes your third one, Tom.
But I think this one really croaked.
September 5, 2014 at 1:20 pm #22323Tom DalpraParticipantBut what do we make of this?
It’s surely a timely mainstream bomb-shell from the dame, in retrospect.
Is this revelation of the method? Was Joan ailing? Did ‘they’/she know she was dying?
Obviously ‘they’ fed her with this line anyway. Why? And maybe now we see ‘they’ did it deliberately just before she died.Maybe in a subtle way she ‘takes the idea down with her’.
Maybe it was to let-off a little bit of the ‘pressure of truth’ which has built around Michelle’s penis, or lack thereof?
I dunno. It just seems that she was back on the radar to me for the first time in ages looking fit and well, then: ‘pop’, off she goes.

Yes, it is all highly suspicious.

Make that “the showbiz entity known as Joan Rivers has dropped off the perch”.
September 6, 2014 at 3:32 pm #23227Tom DalpraParticipantSure, but hold-on, with what we’ve seen already, she might well just be pining for the fjords.
