Your starter for GBP 1 billion…
The list of “tewwowist” incidents in London is staggeringly impressive.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_terrorist_incidents_in_London
The most expensive was the 1993 Bishopsgate bombing –
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1993_Bishopsgate_bombing

However we may also in due course cast a retrospective eye over a couple more…
10 April 1992: Baltic Exchange bombing: A large bomb exploded outside 30 St Mary Axe in the City of London. The bomb was contained in a large white truck and consisted of a fertiliser device wrapped with a detonation cord made from Semtex. It killed three people: Paul Butt, aged 29; Thomas Casey, aged 49, a Baltic Exchange employee; and 15-year-old Danielle Carter. Several other people were critically or severely injured. The bomb also caused damage to surrounding buildings (many of which were further damaged by a second bomb the following year). The bomb caused £800 million worth of damage—£200 million more than the total damage costs resulting from all 10,000 previous explosions that had occurred relating to the Troubles in Northern Ireland. A new skyscraper was built on the site of the previous historic building

9 February 1996: Docklands bombing: The IRA bombed the South Quay area of Canary Wharf, London, killing two people and injuring some 40, and causing an estimated £100 million worth of damage.

And perhaps we can also have a look at this 1996 event also

which is given the usual Secker treatment here:

The parallels between the 1996 bus bombing and Hitchcock’s adaptation of the Martial Bourdin story in Sabotage 60 years earlier are eerie in the extreme.

    Indeed, it’s the same script.

note -these photos will have been taken after the emergency services have had a go at the vehicle.
But back to Bishopsgate – another weekend job, as with Aldwych, fewer witnesses in those days, fewer local residents then, and easier to seal off
The red flag here is the death of the old Etonian photographer….

This is the aspect of the story which is suspicious
    From wikipedia..

Forty-four people were injured by the bomb and News of the World photographer Ed Henty was killed after ignoring police warnings and rushing to the scene

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/the-bishopsgate-bomb-workers-sift-through-the-debris-in-a-scene-of-silent-devastation-tim-kelsey-1457457.html
    April 26 1993
[not long after the first WTC bomb….]

THEY found the body of Edward Henty, a photographer working for the News of the World, under rubble at the front of the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank.

One estate agency reckoned that nearly 2 million sq ft of office space – there are 52 million sq ft in the whole of the City – has been affected

Was there not an oversupply of office space there after the early 1990s downturn?
    Some images here…

Is that stained glass in St Ethelburga’s church still intact? Seem so.
It had housed the painting Christ Healing Blind Bartimaeus, by 16th-century Flemish artist Van Aelst, which was destroyed.
    hmmmm

    more clues…

    April 24 1993

The dead man was found under rubble during a five-hour search of the devastated area. The rescue services worked until late last night searching the debris and damaged buildings for more bodies. He was not immediately identified, but a News of the World photographer, Edward Henty, 34, had been reported missing after being in the area. A spokesman for the paper said last night that it believed he was dead. Mr Henty is married with two young children.

One man lost his fingers, another’s lung collapsed, but most escaped with minor injuries, mainly cuts.

The Association of British Insurers said that, without state cover, its members would be ‘extremely exposed’ by the cost of the blast.

The blast left a crater of 12 square metres in the street. Workers hiding in the basement of the Hongkong building when the bomb detonated said their offices were wrecked.

Mike Oughton, 32, a communications engineer for the bank, said ceilings had collapsed, cars were crushed and doors were ripped from their hinges. ‘When the bomb went off everything caved in. I’ve never seen anything like it. They might as well pull it down now. It’s pointless trying to rebuild it,’ he said.

Police appealed for anyone who saw the dark blue Iveco/Ford tipper truck, registration number G430 OVT or G430 DVT, in Bishopsgate to telephone 0800 789 321.

The huge payouts by insurance companies contributed to a crisis in the industry, including the near-collapse of the world’s leading insurance market, Lloyd’s of London.

In this video, the area around the Royal Exchange at Moorgate is already cordoned off, yet a blast of dust is only just rising from Bishopsgate @1:06 and watch the crisis actors at 1:55 onwards, and 2:39 [Raymond Fayers, a lucid supine witness, raises his head so that the blood is seen to run down his cheek] so obvious now. “Get back” [2:15, used again at Woolwich in 2013] and the running actors immediately following are further clues to the staging.

Note Stephen Miles, clipped St Barts consultant at 3:20 … counselling will be necesssary, naturally.Check also the church at 3:34 with little damage to the building immediatly to the right of it.
One can be fairly sure that there were no Iveco tipper truck parts found anywhere nearby.

The bus seems to be a recurring image, no doubt has to be red too.

Coming only a few years after Hitchocks Sabotage…

‘In this extraordinary picture, the double-decker bus is still visible amid crumbling tarmac and bent girders left in an enormous crater caused by a bomb which landed in the middle of a Balham high street, south London’

    Looks staged….
here’s the familiar crane shot the perps are still using in modern psy-ops
    London Transport GT5056 October 1940
    LT 669 registration GJ 5056
    http://ww2today.com/14th-october-1940-disaster-at-balham-tube-station
The dramatic spectacle of the trapped bus was to become emblematic of the dangers of the Blitz, a series of pictures of it appeared in publications around the world.
    There’s a clue.
People not killed outright were suffocated, the rest drowned, drowned like rats in a cage…. In total sixty six people died, although over the years there has been confusion over the exact number and only recently Transport for London has agreed to revise the memorial plaque at the station….The recovery of bodies was to take almost until Christmas * yet remarkably the damage was repaired and trains were running through the station on 8th January 1941, and the station itself reopened on the 19th January.
Some more familiar themes there. But back to Bishopsgate. Has anybody noticed the similarity to the Oklahoma City bombing which also allegedly used a [Ryder] truck and caused similar damage?

There was only one victim, as noted, in Bishopsgate, but he’s worth examining because the story is non-sensical.

He was not immediately identified, but a News of the World photographer, Edward Henty, 34, had been reported missing after being in the area. A spokesman for the paper said last night that it believed he was dead. Mr Henty is married with two young children.

From the next day’s Sunday Times (April 25, 1993)

ED HENTY, 34, left, the photographer killed in yesterday’s bomb blast, should have been celebrating his 12th wedding anniversary today with his wife Yasmin and two children Tom, 9, and Alice, 7.

Driving to work at the News International plant at Wapping, east London, he headed for Bishopsgate after being phoned by his office and told of a coded warning received only minutes earlier.

Henty, the son of a barrister, attended Hill House school in Knightsbridge, where the Prince of Wales was a pupil. Patsy Chapman, editor of the News of the World, said last night: He was a real newspaperman, cheery and hardworking.”

Ed was “a real newspaperman”? In contrast to an unreal one?

From the Sunday Mirror (April 25, 1993):

Mr Henty, who was due to celebrate his 12th wedding anniversary with wife Jasmin today, was working as a freelance for the News Of The World.

He was believed to have been only yards away when the bomb exploded.

The couple have two children, Tom, nine, and Alice, seven.

That’ll be the late Richard EDWARD J HENTY (b.Kensington; 9 March 1959; mother: SAPLER). [ No record of a HENTY – SAPLER marriage]

Rare photo of “Ed Henty” here (The Times, Mon 26 Apr, 1993):

    Richard EDWARD J HENTY was married, Q1 1981; Westminster, to [ YASMINE A / YASMINA / JASMIN ] [ MEKKAOUI / MAKKAOUI ].

From that union of HENTY – MEKKAOUI, two offspring:

Note that it is Alexandra, not Alice. Yet the press repeatedly calls her Alice. Chinese whispers? Or a contraction of the name?

Further, there’s no Alice Henty in BMDs, but curiously, we find both an ALEX Henty (Kimber) and an ALICE Henty involved in the media/movies.

ALEX Kimber (née Henty) based in Twickenham; where she is/was a producer for Sky TV. Part of the Murdoch behemoth, like late father Ed Henty, journalist for Murdoch’s News-of-the-World.

Incidentally, on the morning of the bombing, the IRA reportedly telephoned a “coded-warning” to Sky TV which has its news centre in Twickenham. Small world. What with Alice / Alex going on to work for Sky, in Twickenham.

    http://www.checkcompany.co.uk/director/144138/ALEXANDRA-LOUISE-KIMBER

Whereas here’s ALICE Henty, lived/educated in Middlesex. Cut her mettle in London, working for Danny Boyle. Later helped produce the publicly-funded film Diameter of the Bomb, about Palestinian suicide bombers.

    Wonder which Henty is which..

Older sibling Tom (Thomas Edward J) Henty is possibly this noble fellow:

    https://www.justgiving.com/Tom-Henty

Raising cash for charity. Donations from Y Henty (mom Yasmin?) (“rooting for you!”) and Alex Henty (“Get in bruv!!!!”). Surely that’s the same Tom?

Tom stoically just ran a marathon for the Prisoners’ Education Trust; where wife Susannah (ex-journalist/comms officer, Met Police) is now employed as media manager for the PET.

Susannah explains: I was “managing our [the Met’s] [media] response to the summer riots in London 2011.” Those were the riots triggered by the Mark Duggan story.

Looks like a family which remains very much at the epicentre of the media/psyop industry.

From The Times (Apr 26, 1993)

Half the offices destroyed in Saturday’s explosion were unoccupied because of the property slump

Elsewhere in the same issue of The Times (pg.40):

By chance, as many as half the offices caught in the blast were unoccupied, owing to the slump in the property market.

Both the former Hambros Bank building and the former Standard Chartered building in Bishopsgate were largely empty. Not a single stockbroker said its operations would be disrupted.

The blast also failed to damage three of the City’s most important buildings, the Bank of England, the Stock Exchange and Lloyd’s of London. They all said they would be operating as normal today.

The Baltic Exchange, which was demolished in last year’s blast and is still being rebuilt, said it would operate as normal and has rehoused two large shipbroking firms, the offices of which were wrecked.
    ..
Hongkong [and Shanghai] Bank, the Bishopsgate offices of which took the full force of the bomb, had, fortunately, moved many of its staff out of the building only last week into new London headquarters by the Thames. The Bishopsgate office has suffered heavy structural damage and is likely to be demolished.

Derek Wanless, the chief executive [of NatWest] said: `We are assessing the full extent of the damage [to NatWest Tower] which is substantially worse than last year. The clean-up process has already begun.”

The tower lost more than 100 windows in the blast a year ago; this time, hardly a window or a ceiling has remained intact.</blockquote>
From other reports, it sounds like the NatWest tower was, in fact, empty due to ongoing renovation at the time of that second, Bishopsgate Bomb. The bank never re-occupied after the earlier Baltic Exchange bombing in 1992. Despite what NatWest claimed since:

    Again from <em>The Times</em> (26 Apr, 1993):
<blockquote>NatWest quickly made alternative arrangements for its annual meeting, which was to have been held in the tower tomorrow. The venue has been switched to the Whitbread Brewery, Chiswell Street, half a mile away.</blockquote>
In any event, NatWest bank never returned to the Tower. Apparently “<em>it was never truly fit for purpose</em>. Instead the bank refurbished the Tower, using public money, before selling it on for £225m in 1998.

The skyscraper, now known as Tower 42, houses multiple tenants. But remains unloved. The Standard is calling for its demolition – <a href=”http://www.standard.co.uk/business/markets/outdated-and-second-best-its-time-for-the-fall-of-tower-42-6459424.html”>Outdated and second best, its time for the fall of Tower 42</a>.

The City got an extensive rebuild, ultimately thanks to the Provisional I.R.A. But who actually footed the bomb repair bill? The City itself? Insurance underwriters? Or the taxpayer?

    The latter, it seems..

Following the 1992 Baltic Exchange blast, the government agreed to underwrite insurance policies covering terrorist attacks, after the insurance industry refused to continue its own cover. Perversely, the legislation that would fund that City rebuild wasn’t yet in force, so the government simply applied the law retrospectively.

That huge public burden was funded through a new Insurance Premium Tax; introduced in that year’s Budget. Set initially at three per cent. The tax is now 9.5 per cent, following the Paris tewwor attacks of 2015.

At the time of the Baltic Exchange and Bishopsgate blasts, blame for the new insurance premium tax, and the hike in premiums, was natuarlly laid at the door step of the Provisional I.R.A..

    From <em>The Times</em> (11 Dec, 1993):
    <img src=”http://i.imgur.com/UMKo0xz.jpg&#8221; alt=”” >

Also from the (Apr 26, 1993) issue of The Times:
<blockquote>The bulk of the cost of the [Bishopsgate] bombing is expected to be met by the government, with only a limited amount falling on the insurance industry. Roy Randall, a Royal Insurance spokesman, said: As far as the companies are concerned there will not be a large impact because the majority of the risks are reinsured.” This is because the insurers have been able to pass on most of the risk of acts of terrorism to the government after its decision last year to act as insurer of last resort” through a special insurance vehicle.
    ..
These [insurance] premiums are then channelled into the special vehicle, a mutual fund called Pool Re, to provide cover for bomb attacks, with the government providing any shortfall.
    ..
Mr Baker said legislation should be brought forward from its planned mid-May date for the government’s part of the bill to be paid. There is no doubt the amount in Pool Re will be exhausted by the bomb and as a result the government will be significantly involved,” he said.

Under the terms of Pool Re, the insurance companies and Lloyd’s syndicates will pay a further 10 per cent of the fund’s total premiums towards the cost and the government will pay the rest. As the funds of Pool Re had been wiped out by the latest attack the government would bear the full cost for any bombings for the rest of the year, Mr Baker added. </blockquote>

    See also: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/the-bishopsgate-bomb-cost-will-exhaust-pool-of-insurance-money-government-to-pay-bill-for-future-1457456.html

These terror psyops are a multi-faceted insurance swindle. According to the Evening Standard (Dec 21, 2015) “THE cost of household insurance cover against damage from a terrorist attack has risen by about 10 per cent in London this year as the perceived threat has grown.”

With it now being “all but obligatory” to take out terrorism cover as part of a policy, this has added “£80 to £90 [to the premium] for a flat in a central London postcode.”

From The Standard (Dec 21, 2015):
<blockquote>Most of the [terrorism] cover is provided by a government-backed mutual reinsurance company called Pool Re, which was set up in 1993 following a series of IRA explosions in the City and Canary Wharf. It has so far paid out £625 million including £262 million for the IRA’s Bishopsgate bomb, which killed one and injured 44 and damaged a huge swathe of the Square Mile.</blockquote>

Yes, the taxpayer always foots the bill for these staged events, in this case the bill is huge. Unoccupied offices….what does that foreshadow?

Anyway, London is gearing up for more fake tewwor, or just another job creation exercise funded by the taxpayer?

    http://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/city-police-move-to-bolster-ring-of-steel-during-terror-alert-by-closing-streets-a3161626.html

Police will today request instant emergency powers to close roads in the City if there is intelligence of a potential terror attack.

Britain’s first anti-terrorism traffic regulation order (ATTRO) will be one of the most significant powers sought for the Square Mile since the introduction of “ring of steel” checkpoints, blanket CCTV and number plate recognition readers after IRA bombings in the Eighties and Nineties. City of London Police commissioner Adrian Leppard warned in a letter that the threat to crowded public areas and “places of economic and symbolic importance” in the Square Mile was “particularly acute”.

He said an ATTRO would allow police to “control the movement of pedestrians and vehicles on City streets as part of a package of measures aimed at improving the security of people… and protecting damage to buildings from a potential terrorist attack”.

This would include road closures in “extreme” circumstances to back up “physical security measures” preventing “vehicles and/or pedestrians from entering or proceeding along a highway”.

The City force believes the “ring of steel” is inadequate to stop a suicide bombing and wants the City of London Corporation to grant the permanent order.

Operationally, the new power seeks to override the European Convention on Human Rights on the peaceful enjoyment of property, as police believe its public interest “outweighs any interference with private rights”

Cue another job creation exercise for “human rights lawyers” based on the fake suicide bomber meme.

The “Ring of Steel” was introduced in 1993 in the wake of the Bishopsgate controlled demolition.

6.5 miles of bollards, police boxes, CCTV cameras and other subtle obstructions

    Back to MR Henty….

The Old Bailey ( Sunday Times Magazine , Jan 2010 )

After seeing active service with the army and suffering the loss of his brother, a News of the World photographer, Ed Henty, who was killed by the IRA bomb at Bishopsgate in 1993, Henty was already pretty hardened when he came into the job. He disputed my suggestion that he would be “tainted” by the raw material of the work at the Old Bailey, but conceded it took its toll. He would sometimes be invited by a judge to sit in the court, to educate him, as he put it, about certain types of human behaviour. On one occasion he was sitting next to the mother of the victim in a case where the defendant was accused of having sex with the corpse – the woman’s daughter. As Henty said, it was not the kind of job where he could bring in his children to show them Daddy’s office.

Yasmina doesn’t seem to have remarried
Her last public statement was in 1993, apparently….with a few of the usual pointers:

The family of Edward Henty, 34, the photographer killed in the bombing, yesterday appealed to left alone to grieve in peace. ”We are having a small family funeral and ask that our wish for privacy and peace is fully respected,” said Mrs Yasmin Henty at the family home in Clapham.

Parents: Jonathan Maurice Henty (1933-) and Margaret Louise (Sadler) (1937-1972).

A passenger manifest for August 1956 lists the Hentys’ address at the time as 17 Gerald Road in Belgravia SW1. Coincidentally, that was the home of Noel Coward from 1930 to 1956. The Hentys must have moved in just after Coward moved out.

    https://goo.gl/maps/p8kTdbx2VsE2

The house has a history of homing thespians. In recent years, theatre owner and Broadway producer, Jerome Minskoff also lived there.

Ed Henty’s father Jonathan, a barrister; was Commissioner of Social Security and Child Support; appointed 1993, a post he held until 2006.

The City of London Coroner held an astonishingly prompt inquest into Henty’s death. Evidence gathered, jury convened, facts presented, and a verdict (unlawful killing) delivered; all by July 7, 1993. Just over 10 weeks from the date of the bomb (Apr 24). A record?

The Daily Mirror; July 8, 1993

A CHILLING video of the last seconds of IRA bomb victim Edward Henty’s life was shown at an inquest yesterday.

And the security camera film revealed the photographer walked into the blast in Bishopsgate, London, after suddenly changing direction.

News of the World picture editor Ian Bradley, who sent Mr Henty, 34, to the scene, said: ”He was a professional and would not have risked his life.”

The London inquest jury returned an unlawful killing verdict.

The (unnamed) Coroner was presumably Dr David Manuel Paul (1927-1993). Since 1966, HM Coroner for various districts, lately for the City of London. Dr Paul died soon after the Bishopsgate bomb; Paul’s memorial service held Weds, Sept 8, 1993. Described as a “former police surgeon who once shared a billet with Prince Philip, during their naval days in World War II.

Dr Paul is perhaps best remembered for his inquests into the deaths of — “God’s Banker”, Roberto Calvi; delivering a verdict of suicide; the Vatican’s chief banker found hanging, according to folklore, under London’s Blackfriars bridge; but second inquest called after Dr Paul accused of “misdirecting” earlier jury; the 1992 Baltic Exchange bombing (unlawful killing x 3); and for the 1975 Moorgate Tube Disaster — recently reopened (“was the tube driver suicidal?” 42 unlawfully killed?). Paul was also involved in the Birmingham Six case; presenting forensic evidence used to overturn the convictions of the six men.

Is there a source for that, Psyopticon? Following the recent re-igniting of the Birmingham 1974 pub bombings saga, to the glee of the legal profession no doubt, it might be timely to have a look at some of the imagery and examine a few of the stories…the official line:
21 dead, a further 182 people [or elsewhere 222] were injured that evening.
    hence
    The Justice4the21 campaign,

A scene which could be taken from any staged event, the posed group of firefighters gathered around, doing nothing for the photographer.

Anthony (Tony) Gaynor worked as a bus driver for over 20 years out of the garage in Hockley. On November 21 1974, he was driving his bus past the Mulberry Bush pub in the Rotunda in central Birmingham just at the exact time the first of the terrorist pub bombs went off.

“I thought at first someone had crashed into the back of my bus,” Tony explained. “It was such a terrific bang.

    The conductress is not named.
Tony was wheeled out in 2014, exactly on the 40th anniversary

Every side window of the double-decker was smashed as the bus passed the packed pub at the very moment the bomb detonated.
The metal sides were punctured as if strafed by the machine gun fire. Even the metal floor buckled dramatically.
“…Lumps of metal were piercing one side of my cab and going out through the other.
“Looking at the damage, you’d think the blast was underneath the bus.”

“He was practically unrecognisable. His teeth were blown out, his arms were broken, his legs were broken, his ribs were broken. A lot of skin on his body had been blown off, the jelly in the back of his eyes had been shaken up … but he was just about alive.”

Dr William Rutherford was a consultant surgeon in A&E at the Royal. He had recently put in place the hospital’s first disaster plan, which was later adopted as a template for hospitals around the UK. His highly efficient ‘triage’ system meant patients were seen by the right surgeons in the right order, wasting as little time as possible.

    Sound familiar?

Disputed evidence may end the saga of the Birmingham Six; The Times (London); Tues Feb 26, 1991.

    View post on imgur.com

Dr Paul supposedly gave forensic evidence to show that confessions were beaten out of the Six while in police custody:

Also this from Ludovic Kennedy in the Sunday Times (Feb 25, 1990):

IN November 1977, the six men brought a civil action against the police and the Home Office for injuries they had received while in police custody. For fresh evidence they were relying on the findings of Dr David Paul, a former police surgeon and City of London coroner and a specialist in the interpretation of injuries from photographs. Shown enlarged photographs of the six, taken while they were in custody at Queen’s Road, he found signs of injuries on all.

The action was allowed and application made for legal aid. But the police appealed and, in an uncharacteristic judgment, Lord Denning upheld them. If the action were to succeed, he said, it would show evidence of police perjury and violence, and the six might have to be pardoned. This was such an appalling vista that the action could not be allowed to proceed. In other words, from the layman’s point of view, better that the six rot in jail than to find there had been police wrongdoing.

But the supporters of the six, including some of the media, continued to press their case. In December 1986 a retired police officer by the name of Tom Clarke, who had been at Queen’s Road at the material time, appeared on Granada Television to say what he had seen and heard. Seven weeks later, the home secretary announced he was sending the case back to the Court of Appeal and was ordering an inquiry by the Devon and Cornwall Police.

Thannks, Psyopticon. Paul was clearly a safe pair of hands for any faked disaster, as indeed must any coroner on whose watch a disaster drill with reported deaths is planted.
I guess this started with his association with the connection with the Worshipful Socieity of Apothecaries…

Approaching the 20th anniversary of the Manchester bomb/redevelopment scheme.
And the stories of heroism, devotion to duty
    http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/manchester-bomb-astonishing-response-emergency-11451352

Assistant Chief Constable Ian Seabridge was one of a small group of senior police who masterminded the whirlwind operation that prevented even one life being lost.
Mr Seabridge, then a chief inspector, believes they deserved the luck they had that day.
The Euro 96 soccer tournament had been running for a week

IRA bombers had already devastated fire chief Dave Morris’s family before they targeted Manchester.
Twelve years earlier, they had blown up four off-duty soldiers who had gone fishing in Enniskillen. Two of those Lancashire Fusiliers were killed outright and the other two horrifically injured after their van was booby-trapped.
One was Dave’s brother-in-law, Lance Corporal Peter Gallimore, who lost a leg, and suffered serious burns. Peter and Dave had been schoolmates at Harper Green Secondary Modern in Farnworth, Bolton, and best man at each other’s weddings.
After numerous operations, Peter died several months later as a direct result of his injuries.

Firefighters went into [Longridge House] and up to the second floor where they heard cries for help. They led 15 injured people, suffering from shock, cuts, and blast injuries, to safety. On the third floor they found a woman on her knees in the debris with horrific injuries to her face.
She was carried from the building by fireman Alan Cox, who took her to an engine where Dave gave her treatment before moving her to a casualty area he had set up on Deansgate. The woman was Barbara Welch, who needed more than 250 stitches to her face and seven hours of surgery.

.. the first paramedic at the scene of the blast, Les Birkhead …saw people lying on the street in the glass and wreckage or wandering around dazed, unable to believe what was happening.

A fireman for 30 years, Dave admitted he cried for Mrs Welch after tending her injuries…“The adrenaline kicked in very quickly and we just kept going, we went into overdrive. We knew we were in danger but we also knew people needed us to get the job done, and that takes priority..”

    A familiar script.

Paramedic Clive Heather ..now control manager at the ambulance service’s city centre station…said: “It was like nothing else I’ve experienced…We kept searching all day and one of the local pizza restaurants brought us some food. Some people were fantastic doing anything they could to help. It was great to feel that support, but I also felt sheer anger at what had happened..Clive..helped unveil a plaque honouring the emergency services’ efforts after the bomb

The familiar plaque. But how did the redevelopment of Manchester go? Very well in fact

There’s some good footage of the staged 1996 London Docklands bombing in several videos. The offices don’t seems to have much in the way of contents, perhaps reflecting an overshoot of speculative development before the mid 90s slump.

    Background from wiki
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1996_Docklands_bombing

The blast caused an estimated £150 million worth of damage The bomb detonated at 7:01pm, devastating the surrounding office blocks and showering the area with broken glass. The blast was heard and felt across London, and shook the Canary Wharf Tower. Part of the South Quay Plaza was destroyed and the explosion left a crater 32 ft wide and 10 ft deep. John Grieve, head of the Metropolitan Police’s anti-terrorist unit, described “a scene of utter devastation […] like a scene from the apocalypse”.The two men in the newsagents—shop owner Inam Bashir , and employee John Jeffries (31)—were killed outright. They were blown through two walls and their bodies buried by rubble. More than 100 people were hurt, mainly by broken glass, 39 of whom needed hospital treatment. Most of the injured were staff in nearby office blocks. Members of a British Moroccan family were sitting in their car near the newsagents; the car was wrecked by the blast and the father received severe head injuries. He spent two weeks in a coma and suffered permanent brain damage, which left him disabled. A woman was blinded in one eye by shards of glass and needed 300 stitches on her face and arms. A second explosion caused by a gas leak hampered rescue efforts.

The blast caused an estimated £150 million worth of damage and cost insurers £170 million. Three nearby buildings (the Midland Bank building, South Quay Plaza I and II) were destroyed; the former had to be demolished and the latter two had to be rebuilt. The station itself was extensively damaged, but both it and the bridge near the bomb were reopened within weeks (through services resumed on 15 April and the station reopened on 22 April), the latter needing only cosmetic repairs despite its proximity to the blast.

We can now easily see that it’s all BS. Charges were set off in empty buildings.

It was noted elsewhere that the 1993 Warrington bombings, allegedly by the IRA, set in motion the peace process which wrapped up the engineered war in Northern Ireland, with more pressing events to follow [the first WTC bombings had just occurred, in preparation for 9/11]

The links are contained in a comment here on the Fakeologist blog

The bombing in Warrington [two in number] led to the formation of a charity – The Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Peace Foundation
It was formed in 1995 by Colin and Wendy Parry, following the loss of their 12-year-old son Tim [Timothy Andrew Parry] and 3-year-old Johnathan Ball
We can look at images from 1993

Police detective Geraint Jones, quoted in 2018 here
. I remember seeing Bronwen Vickers (who had to have a leg amputated after the attack and, tragically, died from cancer a year later). Three-year-old Johnathan Ball died instantly, while 12-year-old Tim Parry was gravely injured and died five days later [in Liverpool] ***
“And I’ll always remember seeing a boy of about eight – a piece of shrapnel, a very sharp shard of bin material, had fallen off his coat having been stuck in the lining. </em

    oh..

and another police officer whose career took off after the event, Deborah Hooper,

Walking into the hospital, it was like a scene from a disaster movie. It was such a shock. There were injured people everywhere. I saw Bronwen Vickers – and I remember one of her daughters (the then four-year-old Hannah), whose lovely blonde hair was red with blood. And I remember a girl saying she had lost a small boy in the town centre – this turned out to be Johnathan Ball.

“I became quite close to Johnathan’s family. I was there when they identified him in the mortuary – for a 20-year-old girl to be supporting a family through such a huge trauma, it was a big thing. I was also sent to the operating theatre where Tim Parry was ** – one of my jobs was to gather together people’s clothing, as it was evidence. It was a horrible job to do but you had to go into professional mode and just get on and do it.”

** er why would that be?
Paramedic Ian Moses helped secure Tim Parry’s airway before he was taken to Warrington Hospital, but recalls: “His life was in severe danger at that point.I went home with my uniform covered in blood. It needed to be washed for the following day, and my mum washed it for me.

    Familiar narrative territory, I think.
Colin and Wendy Parry with Martin McGuinness who McGuinness

Mr McGuinness was diagnosed with a rare heart condition at the end of last year and died in hospital overnight at the age of 66.

Here’s a video with contemporary 1993 news reporting

not much to see, some exploded garbage cans, some smeared “blood”, 47 people allegedly taken to hospital. The usual white coated forensic drill actors, sniffer dogs, police tape. The same old routine.

Look who’s a director of the Peace Foundation – Travis Dylan Frain, red headed actor in the Westminster Bridge terror hoax, 3/22/2017
    https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/03042409/officers

    “Who bombed Warrington”

oh what bad luck, the CCTV camera was turned away at the exact moment [12:23] suuuure

*** an alternative narrative appears 25 years later
Tim lost his fight for life 12 days later in hospital, when, with the agreement of his family, doctors switched off his life-support machine.

Schoolboy Tim Parry had gone shopping to buy his mum a card – and a pair of Neville Southall Everton football shorts. He was 12.
Also on a shopping trip with friends, their families and his babysitter, was three-year-old Johnathan Ball. He too was buying a Mother’s Day card.

    From 1993 March 23
    https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/warrington-bomb-victim-worsens-doctors-face-decision-on-withdrawing-tim-parrys-life-support-1499680.html
Doctors may have to decide today whether to withdraw the life support system being used to aid his breathing.
Yesterday John Miles, the consultant neurosurgeon treating him in Liverpool’s Walton hospital, said there had been a deterioration in Tim’s brain function. Mr Miles said the signs were ‘bad’ but he would not know for at least 24 hours if there was absolutely no hope. Tim took the full force of the second explosion in his face, suffering massive head injuries.
When he was admitted to Warrington General Hospital he did show initial signs of struggling to breathe and some small movement in his limbs. This is why he was transferred to the neurological unit at Walton for a brain scan and further tests.

The next day we were told
    https://www.independent.co.uk/news/father-is-with-ira-bomb-victim-12-as-life-support-system-is-turned-off-1499858.html
He died at 11.20am in the neurological unit at the Walton Hospital in Liverpool.
His parents, Colin, 37, and Wendy, 35, arrived at the hospital early yesterday morning with Tim’s brother, Dominic and his sister, Abigail. The two children held Tim’s hand before the life support system which had been keeping him alive was turned off. They left Mr Parry alone with Tim as he died.
