You want guts? We got 'em

Michael Moore wanted blood and guts to move the American people from their guns with the PsyOp. Apparently those that pull these things off were listening. Judging by the comments on the link – and most are probably sock puppets, granted – it appears the viewers like their blood in tall glasses.

A grisly post-mortem photo of one of the suspected bombers appears to have been taken early today after medical personnel turned the body over to law enforcement officials.

First of all, I’m only interested, right now, in whether this is a picture of a real dead/injured person or a good makeup job or photoshop. I’m not familier with grisly post-mortem real people so I asked my dad. He has done autopsies and was a cop. His first reaction was that it looked photoshopped. He said the body is too white. Blood should be laying in his backside and his back looking more like the face (because when the blood stops pumping gravity takes over and it settles) The sudden stop of blood from the face to the neck area looks generic and why is his head laying in that area/mess? There was no autopsy done here yet, of course.
So basically I still do not know what I am looking at, heh.
Just throwing out some thoughts. I don’t care about ‘suspects’ right now…but what am I looking at? Before I emailed him this link and the source he told me that it had to be fake because the family would sue.(plus the source of this pic isn’t all…that…reliable =) He defends the official story when it comes to these things but welcomes my questions or conversations concerning what’s going on in the world. He is watching live action news, as we speak, of whatever is going on and I don’t have cable or care to look it up online.
    Thanks for reading~
Please excuse incorrect use of commas ect
