    Doubt is not always a good thing. One has to be prepared for it.

    Once doubt is created, it leaves space, like an empty cup, ready to be filled with thoughts that are not your own.

    To avoid unwanted thoughts, and to keep your own thought process intact, one should employ critical thinking by asking the following questions:

    What is this person trying to get me to believe?

    How is this different than what I currently believe?

    What evidence is being presented so that I should change my mind?
