Putting on my best fact-checking hat ….
The most serious warning that the WHO can declare is a PHEIC – a public health emergency of international concern. This was declared on January 30.

    WHO’s highest level of alarm.

The WHO Director-General reconvened the IHR Emergency Committee (EC).

The EC advised the Director-General that the outbreak now met the criteria for a PHEIC. The Director-General accepted the EC’s advice and declared the novel coronavirus outbreak a PHEIC. At that time there were 98 cases and no deaths in 18 countries outside China. Four countries had evidence (8 cases) of human-to-human transmission outside China (Germany, Japan, the United States of America, and Viet Nam).

If that isn’t the biggest green flag for the Great Reset, nothing is. The UK health service went into a level 4 national [pandemic] emergency the same day with not a single alleged coronavirus death on the clock.

Here’s the very helpful “timeline” which tends to accompny any staged event in the news.

    11 March

Emphasising that “we cannot say this loudly enough, or clearly enough, or often enough”, he stressed that “all countries can still change the course of this pandemic” if they “detect, test, treat, isolate, trace, and mobilize their people in the response”.

finger of blame already programmed in. Just a coincidence that the WEF launched its Covid platform the same day when nothing much else happened.

    13 March

    13 Mar 2020
The Director-General said that Europe had become the epicentre of the pandemic with more reported cases and deaths than the rest of the world combined, apart from the People’s Republic of China.

So, what was the purpose of that woolly, emotive March 11 bulletin from the WHO, except to fire the starting pistol for the great shutdown?

I think this is an example of “masterful speaking.”
1.Powerful and able to control others.

    2.Performed or performing very skillfully.

Some writers maintain a distinction between masterful and masterly, using masterful to mean ‘powerful and able to control others’ (a masterful tone of voice) and masterly to mean ‘with the skill of a master’ (a masterly performance). In practice, the two words overlap considerably in the second meaning: more than half the citations for masterful in the Oxford English Corpus relate to the sense ‘with the skill of a master’

    A couple of examples….

the “dumb-acting” GWBush entity talking about the Challenger event. “The Columbia’s lost. There are no survivors.” Bush never said anyone died.

Sir Billy Shears entity performing with the Letterman entity about the Paul is Dead phenomenon. DL: “There was a guy who looked like you taking your place.” BS: “well this is him.” He then does the masonic index finger over the lips gesture.

Reid skillfully omits the concept of US citizenSHIP (foreigner based in Washington DC) versus state citizenSHIP, which is the cornerstone of involuntary taxation. I believe he is speaking truthfully, and masterfully.

The 2020 Cambridge Freshfields Lecture entitled “Government by decree – Covid-19 and the Constitution” was delivered by Lord Sumption on 27 October 2020.

Controlled opposition from the haughty Lord Sumption?

Vapid coincidence theories; the (faux) “pandemic” arriving, by remarkable happenstance, precisely on cue for the fascists. But definitely no conspiracy? Limits his censure to national government whom he slates as “incompetent” and “folly”. Benign but not Machiavellian. Wilfully overlooks the globalist masterplan. Ultimately, promotes the mainstay of the #coronahoax : “I do not doubt the seriousness of the epidemic.”

A feeble effort, yet still too illuminating for the BBC and Daily Mail.

        1. xileffilex

I notice that Lord Sumption was not immediately dismissed and attacked as a crazee conspiracee theeeoritist ** – which would have been the BBC thrust if he’d not been on-side
Simlarly treatment would surely have been dished out by the Guardian and other outlets. But no. Would anyone receive any publicity without the rider that “this is a real disease causing real deaths…”? That really would prompt the ** CCT treatment. Imagine if David Icke had delivered the same speech from the platform of the Cambridge Law Centre.

I don’t really think that the take-home message from Sumption’s zooming is that the pandemic is real – there’s quite enough of that in the wall-to-wall propaganda from government-controlled quarters. And I suspect most of the people who have sought out the Sumption monologue have moved well beyond what he’s saying, it’s confirming what they know about the superficials but realise also that the Lord is not going to touch on the deeper agenda, which was glaringly obvious by its omission as you say, Psyopticon.

I guess he’s merely teeing up work for the lawyers to move in later on, lucrative “challenge” work.

          1. psyopticon

Yes you’re right. He’s bought himself some mainstream cover, at the price of forfeiting deeper credibility. And just not etiquette for insiders to accuse the government of fraud or malice. Though many of us are so disconnected from the official narrative to even lend an ear to Sumption. To which audience is he actually pitching this lecture? Law students?

It does seem very likely that we’re going to have years of protracted and tedious legal argument over the #coronahoax and the goverment’s “handling” of it. Like the Bloody Sunday hoax, and the invasion of Iraq – tortuous judicial inquiries. Ultimately going nowhere in 10, 20, or even 50 years. No arraignments to the Hague, no war crimes trials, no petitioning for “human rights” abuse, nada. But plenty of snouts in the feeding trough from the legal profession and bills of hundreds of millions paying for all the learned counsel opinions.

They say there are only two noble professions: law and medicine, and both of them form the backbone of this hoax.

Is it in this Great Reset of New World Opportunities finally time to call out the conspiracy theorists out there who put on their tin foil masks because they are afraid of invisible monsters?

    (on characterization)
