Wow-so mainstream, hopefully that gets explained further, to be fair I just started listening and I’m only at the seventh minute, but it sparked this comment … Deciphering the Bible! Yeah. Personally there’s enough good left in the Bible after the Roman Empire compiled the stories (325 AD) that I use it, and seek greater solace, maybe more, by reaching to a higher power “in the name of Jesus”. I have learned alot from Clint over the years. Ab interviewed him in 2013. A follow-up interview would be most welcome.
It’s interesting to go back to this. I haven’t held back on Frank aka An Ounce Of Salt Per Day about his marriage to the bible but I think Frank gets it right on salt. I started doing more sea salt in food and even in coffee almost 9 years ago after hearing Frank talk about how people should have more salt back in the Summer of 2014 with Markus Allen on the short lived Markus Allen Fireside Chats roundtable. It’s been a little bit since I’ve talked to you are you an antichrist? Yes or no will suffice I just like to keep everybody categorized. Define Antichrist.
I like Frank even though I disagree with him on the bible. I have questioned the bible like we all should. Any book is a book of spells. I don’t accept books as full of truth and having zero lies. There is truth in the bible but there are a lot of lies. So it makes perfect sense for me and anyone else to be skeptical of the bible and what it’s saying.

My view is that Jesus is an allegory for the sun. Though in Revelations 22:16, Jesus is mentioned as the bright morning star while in other passages in the bible, Lucifer is referred to as the morning star. The bottom line is we’re talking about what is going on heavens in the sky above us, astrology.
I don’t see how Jesus (Sun of God) is going to be coming in the flesh. You totally lose me on that one. I stress to you I’m not anti Jesus (Sun of God) and view the Sun as beneficial to our existence.
SO then YES you are an *antichrist.

The media is not telling us salt is bad, EVERY cooking show in the last 20 years were pushing salt, salt your spaghetti like sea water, all of them Rachel Ray, Gordon Ramsay, all the cooking shows, look back. Salt Bae, They were pushing salt which made me think twice since witnessing media fakery. I cut back on salt because my little ones weren’t supposed to have it because it was bad for their kidneys. The salt in water softeners can’t be good for you. I poured the salt for my softener on the driveway and it melted the ice.… Read more »
I obviously swim in different media. In past few weeks I have read several prominent newspaper articles expressing the need to eliminate salt from your diet. The idea that salt is bad for the kidneys of healthy living man or woman can be disproved by understanding how the kidney works to prevent the loss of sodium where there is an insufficiency. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK… Moreover, the people of Japan and enjoy the longest lifespans of any nation… these people have dietary intakes well in excess of half an ounce per day. yes as you may know i did close to 4 years as a Manitenace worker in the old folks home (dementia unit) I saw the bland diet first hand, The first part of eating is the Taste and without salt taste is hard to come by , then eating just becomes a chore. anyway Dehydration is for sure the biggest problem i saw. i might have told you that is a different comment. I for one learned to keep mine at optimal level as i do today.

I hope you are genuine and that you know what i know. I have definitely seen and heard people who say they have been on tours, tell me what it was exactly you saw? what you did and why do you claim you have ptsd, from? Too many people are hesitant to ask what they did because the gooberment make it seem anyone who worked for them are above reproach. I too question the numbers of people in the world let alone in my city. Who checks this stuff?
