The United States has agreed to pay the families impacted by the 2018 Parkland mass school shooting millions of dollars, years after attorneys first filed claims against the government alleging an FBI agent’s negligence prior to the shooting.The 40 civil cases, which included 16 of the 17 families of those killed, will receive a settlement of $127.5 million, according to a statement by the Justice Department.

Impersonators on social media are posing as the Parkland shooting victims and their family members — trying to dupe the public, discredit the victims or profit from deceit. “That’s so sick,” said Marie Laman, whose 15-year-old son, Kyle, is among the wounded Marjory Stoneman Douglas students to recently be impersonated on Twitter. “Who does that?”

This was one of the 81 calls to come into the Broward Sheriff’s Office during the shooting from 2:22 p.m. to 3:35 p.m. The agency on Thursday afternoon released recordings of 10 of the calls.

Good round table discussion with Sophia Smallstorm, David Weiss, and a police officer on the Integrated Capstone Event (ICE) held in Vegas and Parkland, Fl.

For some reason the host thinks people died on 9/11, Oklahoma, and 7/7. Not sure why he thinks  these events are different.
