Re the first hour, when the participants have had so much to drink, you have to wonder whether they should just be muted – the personal information being disclosed, names, personal relationships, etc seems too much – I was cringing. The whole kids conversation seems to bring out such bizarre views too – so much proselytising – no one is covered in glory.

when the participants have had so much to drink, you have to wonder whether they should just be muted – the personal information being disclosed, names, personal relationships, etc seems too much – I was cringing. I hear what you’re saying. It’s a shame because there are folks who have good energy and ideas to bring to the table, but once they reach a certain level of drunkenness, they might as well be zombies. I try to remember that some of these calls are on a saturday night and this is how a lot of people like to spend their… Read more »

I would be interested to hear you explain your own position on some of the topics or questions which came up during the call. The call became more interesting to me after the talk about children. Some thoughts I had…. Perhaps excessive drinking is a form of self medication, to manage some sort of trauma. Maybe Australians and Brits are especially traumatised. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts like this.

I agree with you about the proselytising. If these parents are so certain they have made the right decision, why do they need to keep trying to convince people they already know see things differently?

the main caveat was for sarah to reverse her opinion on children thus creating a new talking point

i wouldnt pay too much attention to the houseclowns

i alluded to that when i said velocet would get pregnant a while ago ,its all about keeping ab talking shit to shit talkers

Parenthood is the only logical, sensible and practical reason for man.
(give me another)

My first born son is 23.

My oldest son is 25.

My youngest son is.. Younger

All three are aware but don’t care.

I argued and fought Doctors 20 years ago on vax.
Social services called round.
No vax

My boys will do the same.

They don’t care but they will.

And they will know.
