The idea that living men and women have an “innate morality” that doesn’t come from the law being written into our hearts by the Heavenly Father is unsupportable by either intuition or logic. Without knowing the ten commandments, men and women would live in a kill or be killed world and depravity would become unbridled. This is in fact exactly what is happening as the model that you espouse continues to fill the void left by disciplined obedience to the Ten Commandments. I think that your continuing to espouse such views is not only foolish but malevolent.

Your ideas about what is going on are provided to you, they are not something that would have occurred to you naturally. You have put the outside, inside. This is a hijack of your self. You believe this stuff and say its the best model – it’s simply the best model that you have found/been given, but you have never looked within for answers. Even your idea of malevolence (good, bad) is a provided idea. You are not thinking or speaking for yourself.

I go to a lot of effort not to believe anything and I certainly don’t believe that the moral compass is a consequence of evolution. What does “put the outside, inside” mean? Is it OTMO tok? Is it a code?

You only think you go to a lot of effort not to believe anything. I think you go to a lot of effort. We agree, I think, that morality is innate. I don’t think it’s evolution. (Why even bring that up, as I didn’t say it? Is that an example of malevolence?) But Jesus isn’t innate, nor the bible. You weren’t born knowing these ideas. You put these ideas on the inside. I never wrote that “jesus” wrote your innate moral code. I do not think that the bible suggests that Jesus is the Heavenly Father. The bible clearly distinguishes between the Heavenly Father and the son. I said the moral code was written on your heart by the Heavenly Father. I don’t believe in any of this. The Ten Commandments is a tool of social CONtrol. Look at primitive tribes. Did or do they need the Ten Commandments? No. They can figure out what is morally right and wrong.
