Introduction

The traditional institutions Military, Intelligence, Media and Communications, Science and Research - Academia, Universities, Think-tanks, Colleges, Research Institutions - have merged into a form, where the origins of decisions, influence, assistance, consent and cooperation are not retracable. The Executive, Legislature and Judiciary, are not separated and independent powers as the premises of modern society demand. From a fakeological point of view we can observe, that the fusion of the military appartus with the networks of communication technologies, have created the conditions for a international totalitarian powerstructure.
