Term to signify that the seemingly separated and independent structures of Military, Intelligence, Media, Scientific Institutions (Academia, Think-tanks, Colleges, Universities, Specialized Research Institutions, etc., where the production of Communication Theory and Praxis takes place), the Executive, the Legislature and the Judiciary powers, are no more separated and independent but have merged into an undistinguishable status of mutual interaction, influence, assistance, consent and cooperation.
