Term to signify the contemporary dispositiv of power. The traditional state institutions Military, Intelligence, Media and Communications, Science and Research - Academia, Universities, Think-tanks - have merged into a form, where the origins of decisions, influence, assistance, consent and cooperation are not retracable. The Executive, Legislature and Judiciary, are not separated and independent powers as the premises of modern democratic societies demand. The fusion of the military appartus with the networks of communication technologies and science have created the conditions for a worldwide governance of the Military Intelligence Apparatus.
