The term vicsim was introduced by researcher hoi.polloi of Cluesforum to summarize the results of his 9/11 victims investigation, namely that they were not victims but simulated victims.
Analysis
Fusion of the word victim and simulation or simulated.
Use
The term vicsim is used since then in all cases of psyOps which involve simulated victims.
