British woman says Nice terror attack ‘ruined her shopping trip’ after 84 people massacred by truck
Then the standard apology for being “insensitive” about a terrible real event.
The holidaymaker, named Lucy Nesbitt-Comaskey, was giving an interview to journalists at Sky News when she made the insensitive comments.
Ms Nesbitt-Comaskey has now issued an apology via Facebook after making the comments after the attack, which took place yesterday evening.
Speaking to Sky News, she said: “The sad thing about it, and this may be a bit selfish, but it did spoil our shopping trip.The 84 people declared dead very quickly. 80 immediately, 4 more overnight, allegedly.

Overnight, the Interior Ministry raised the death toll from 80 to 84.
Several witnesses have said the truck driver drove at a high speed, zigzagging through the crowds. These accounts have not been independently confirmed.

Just looking at French plates, it’s probably just an imaginative random connection but I saw –

Cyclist Chris Froome was knocked down by a motorcycle the day before the attacks I believe. The way the bikes plough through the fans could be a sort of foreshadowing.
The ‘Yellow Man” tour de France incident certainly looks interesting as we saw the strong image of a ‘man running through crowd’. The truly international event of Tour de France is surely scripted to fit in with concurrent operations, whether specifically here or not, it seems clear the event is controlled.

With the absurdly rapidly-reached death toll of 84 having held firm for a couple of days, I was intrigued as to what this figure might reference.Summer 1984 France held the Euro Championships ( like they just have for this year ).
That time they won. It was a big deal, it was the first time France had won a major tournament.
Summer ’84 is a fond memory for many French people. Prior to the tournament many were naturally referencing ”France ’84”.
By hosting the tournament again, reaching the final and then losing, just last Sunday, one could make an argument, from the point of view of a French football supporter, that ’84 was ”dead in their minds” .
Whether they were saying it or not then, four or five days later, in bars, clubs, restaurants in family conversations all across France everyone was saying ”84 Dead ”.Would this really be an attention to detail; something that has been consciously tied-in ?
I don’t know. I do wonder though.The death toll looks set to increase from the impression I’ve been given , but the ”84 dead” may have served as a bit of negative football retro-referencing in just the week following the big French defeat.
It is of course perhaps just a coincidence that in ’84 France held, and won, the Euros.

Note the red traffic light of Vigipirate’s heightened awareness, perhaps, and the way the words on the card at the back seem to have been carefully framed to say ‘FUCK’.
The ‘blood’ wasn’t even dry and the road was open. We’ve seen it before, but is it remotely credible in a sane world ?
This is one of the biggest crime scenes in French history and it seems it’s ”business as normal, just mind the wet patches”. Wow.

I do wonder though.Possibly, but don’t forget the simple and obvious reference to 1984, with France and Turkey, having had many “terror attacks” lately, both becoming 1984-style fear-based societies and Turkey, re-enacting Bastille Day the day after in a fake coup, even having their own Emmanuel Goldstein in the form of Gülen.
