I know a lot about combat sports,and football (not "soccer"), ,there are a lot of female ufc fighters that have obvious male traits,such as hips and shoulders,the issue being that even if those were born females ,the amount of hormones ,steroids and other (al)chemical cocktails they took
During many years tend to make any definite judgment impossible.

The problem is further aggravated by the apparent use of steroids in MMA training:

Cris cyborg could be a doped female rather then being born as a male ,but at this point I'm suspicious of most female ufc fighters,
I'm sure there are women amongst them (jo Anne calderwood for example),as I see it sports are just there to push the agenda.
The competitive aspect died years ago if it ever existed.
