Here's one of the dangerous shepherds to watch -
https://twitter.com/chrischirp "Professor of Operational Research" at University College, London

Christina Pagel
@chrischirp
Director @UCL_CORU .. Harkness Fellow...

another "modeller" out of the Imperial College mould
Christina Pagel is a British–German mathematician and professor of operational research at University College London. She is the first female director of the Clinical Operational Research Unit at UCL, which applies operational research, data analysis and mathematical modelling to problems in health care]

What scaremongering has she been up to? Unsurprisingly it's CASES, CASES, CASES. More "testing" ---> more "cases"

Her graphic, praised by SIR David King
Image

Scaremongering July 24 from Pagel - because probably more healthy young people are being duped into being tested
the UK also finding increasing numbers of young people infected. From PHE report, over half of new cases are between 20 and 50 and almost a fifth are between 20 and 29. Other countries are showing that this is a risk factor for future spikes.
https://twitter.com/chrischirp/status/1 ... 4216849408
reply - tell students to stay at home, away from all the social life of college or university.....

latest from COVID in mainland Europe... and further evidence that controlling COVID while reopening everything at ~ 500 cases a day is VERY HARD. We need to be actively driving down cases not crossing our fingers and hoping for the best #Zer
https://twitter.com/chrischirp/status/1 ... 1728719872

Seems like there is a direct correlation between lockdown and pointless mask wearing and number of cases lol!
Graphic showing the Spanish data of "CASES". Pagel mentions the contradiction that Spain has perhaps the most repressive Covid restrictions in Europe. Perhaps it's due to more "testing". Or falsified figures for the mathemeticians to work on.
Image

Image

Then Pagel asks
Have cases gone up only because there have been more people tested? (a GOOD thing) Or have cases gone up because of increased COVID transmission? (a BAD thing). Next two weeks should make that clear
https://twitter.com/chrischirp/status/1 ... 4393953280

Another graph... the police state "test and trace", of which Pagel seems a keen advocate.
Image

Looks like she's recommended another shutdown...all based on the phoney testing, and the absurd goal of "zero Covid" when we don't even know what is being tested.... there's no way out.
And Israel, Australia & Japan all struggling to contain new outbreaks after periods of control. Outbreaks linked to super-spreader settings (bars, factories, parties), young people spreading it unknowingly, lack of masks & social distancing.......
[suuuure blame the faked rise in "cases" on letting us out of our houses.
Even after months of control like things can escalate quickly. UK at a crunch point - how much work is govt prepared to do to control it? Last week's rise in cases signals time for caution. V worried that we are still opening gyms etc tomorrow and back to work week after.....

NI & Scotland now formally pursuing #ZeroCOVID and NI working with Rep of Ireland to do so. England & Wales should join them!
Zero Covid my arse. Looks like the script for continuation for the foreseeable future is written.

Notice too how Independent SAGE [full of psychologists] is recommending more "public messaging" re masks and "distancing" - i.e. more propaganda. Notice too the ominous threat of non-"zero" Covid implies future "lockdowns". We can see where this is leading - what might yield "zero covid"? Begins with V...

Calling out this 36 year old American professor, adviser to the Scottish Government - Devi Sridhar
https://www.spiegel.de/international/eu ... 9974a73eee

She's obviously another planted agent, this professor of GLOBAL public health.
On January 24th 2020, she realised that....
[It was crystal clear that the way this virus was spreading -- via droplet infection -- is probably one of the worst ways it could, and that it would be very hard to stop. I was lying awake in bed and had that deeply unsettling feeling that the world was going to change profoundly, and that there was probably no good way through this. I was sure at that point that the novel coronavirus was a long-term problem that was not going to go away in a matter of weeks or months. /quote]
sounds like the script in advance to me.
I don't think the world will look the same after COVID
Is this after "zero covid"?

Her plan is "zero Covid-19" whatever that is - rather like Zero Common Colds forever.

The interview doesn't say how Scotland's policy is different from England's [all part of the global strategy] which she alleges produces better
We want to ensure that there are no more COVID-19 cases in Scotland. We want to stop the transmission of the virus entirely. And the strategy to do that is not very difficult: You leave the lockdown measures in place until the number of cases is extremely low, in the single digits, then you carefully release the lockdown, step by step, while testing a lot, tracking down and isolating contacts, and making face masks compulsory in shops and on public transport. Scotland has also decided not to reopen schools until after the summer holidays. Now we are almost there.
The word CASES appears 11 times, deaths only 2.

Hmmm looks rather like the policy in England, perhaps a few weeks ahead, but with a much smaller population in fewer cities.
"Now we are almost there. There are now only about 10 new cases a day -- while in neighboring England there are still more than 500."
suuuuure. No mention of the economics of Scotland. But hey, she's only a "global health" expert.

An important article in The Lancet [yes, the one which produced the review of mask wearing in early June 2020 which came to no conclusion....] on
England’s new covid-19 monitoring outfit: the Joint Biosecurity Centre
pub July 2 2020
https://www.bmj.com/content/370/bmj.m2604
The Joint Biosecurity Centre brings together data analysis and epidemiological expertise to ensure covid-19 outbreaks are detected and brought under control quickly.
i.e. responsible for the sudden 'outbreaks' and local shut-downs.
....and will advise the government on how to respond to infection spikes, such as by closing workplaces. It will also look for clusters associated with particular parts of the economy, such as pubs.

It will build on the UK’s public health infrastructure and surveillance network—including the NHS Test and Trace programme, Public Health England, the devolved public health agencies, and researchers—to understand the covid-19 threat at any given time. It is primarily for England; its relationship with the devolved administrations has not been agreed.

It is modelled on the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre, established in 2003, which advises the government on the appropriate terrorism threat level. A key role of the Joint Biosecurity Centre will be advising the chief medical officers across the UK on the appropriate covid-19 alert level
so, the threat is here to stay.
Clare Gardiner, director of national resilience and strategy at the National Cyber Security Centre (part of GCHQ), has been seconded as director general to set it up. She has a background in medical statistics and epidemiology.
It is effectively already in operation, reading between the lines, as SAGE is sidelined. Probably set up some time ago...
Providing information to local councils’ public health teams will be central to its work...... Some see using the counterterrorism model for a contagious disease as an over-engineered distraction......
distraction? only a distraction?
A longer term role will be considered.

i.e here to stay again...run by intelligence
If Public Health England does not survive, it is possible to envisage the Joint Biosecurity Centre ending up as a permanent fixture with some of PHE’s communicable disease functions.
Every aspect of our lives can be changed in a stroke. Changed, restored, like turning lights on and off in a cage containing rats.

The disrupters of the "Independent SAGE" group, which contains numerous behavioural psychologists, are at it again, via Wired.

The spin is that Scotland is trying to eradicate [as in the Pandemic board game with its pop-up nuclei of 'infections' of the fake Covid-19 virus....and as per Smallpox, lo!] Covid with tougher measures than England [which we are meant to interpret as not wanting to eradicate this fake virus]
https://www.wired.co.uk/article/zero-co ... limination
August 3 2020

Just to highlight the HUGE differences [lol! between Scotland and England, Wired writes -
pubs were closed for a week longer than in England, and face masks were made mandatory in shops [two weeks earlier]
i.e. next to no difference in this fake pandemic for which face masks, according to all the experts before July 2020, were nonsensical.
also..this nebulous, questionable statement, which ignores the "testing" to create the desired number of "cases"
Additionally, contact-tracing efforts in Scotland drew on local authorities more than their counterparts in England, rather than turning immediately towards an app (as England did). Currently, there are an estimated 10 to 30 daily infections in Scotland, compared to 2,800 in England.

Notice too how the vacuous "Zero Covid" term is now being bandied about, pushed by these Indy SAGE mind-benders - for which read 100 percent "vaccination", 100 per cent compliance.
Lockdown provided New Zealand with the time to put in place the intensive measures necessary for the pursuit of Zero Covid – such as contact tracing and isolating, an intensive quarantine for people entering the country (which is now the subject of some controversy). None of these measures have been thoroughly implemented for England.
You have to laugh at the narrative for a scaremontering re-introduction of Covid into New Zealand , reported on June 16 2020 [CASES, of course..]
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-53059633

[quoteThe cases relate to two women from the same family, both of whom had travelled from the UK and were given special permission to visit a dying parent.][/quote] suuuuure. better put a stop to any of that dangerous activity.
from Wired
at the end of July, New Zealand’s death count stood at 22 confirmed Covid-19 deaths.
, despite borders being closed [pace the above]

Note the prominence of "climate expert" Sir David King in pushing for schools not to re-open
Back in 2019....
Prof Sir David King says he's been scared by the number of extreme events, and he called for the UK to advance its climate targets by 10 years
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DAVE, lol!
(born 12 August 1939)[1] is an Emeritus Professor in physical chemistry at the University of Cambridge, previously Director of the Collegio Carlo Alberto, Chancellor of the University of Liverpool[3] and a senior scientific adviser to UBS.[4] He previously served as the Foreign Secretary's Special Representative for Climate Change[5][6] and Chairman of the Future Cities Catapult.[7]

August 10 2020
https://metro.co.uk/2020/08/10/boris-ur ... op.twitter
Sir David King, who leads the Independent Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies, said the nation is currently ‘nowhere near’ ready for schools to reopen.....

Professor Sir Jeremy Farrar, director of the Wellcome Trust, who is advising the Government’s coronavirus response ***
, noted that the ‘brief window’ before schools reopen must be ‘used wisely’, otherwise new restrictions will be needed. He wrote in the Observer: ‘Most urgently, we need to ramp up testing. We are not where we need to be. We must improve contact tracing, so we’re identifying more cases and providing better, faster data locally. ‘If we don’t, we may not be able to reopen schools without introducing new restrictions elsewhere. These are the trade-offs we face if we do not act now.’

so, perhaps re-open schools, but the trade of is shutting restaurants say, or making mask wearing compulsory in puiblic....that kind of crazy thinking.
*** no conflict of interest there!

King is a key member of a shady grouping calling themselves INDEPENDENT SAGE which is using crowdfunding
as they said in July
We believe the number of people dying is both avoidable & unacceptable.
i.e. all death in unacceptable - which seems like some kind of transhumanist agenda being peddled.

Someone here in Birmingham who seems to have a similar crystal ball which Bill Gates is using

The authority's cabinet member for health and social care, Paulette Hamilton, also said this week that she believed "at some point between now and Christmas we will be in a local lockdown".
The best way to get that is to create more "cases" by more "testing". No mention of any "deaths" - that's soooo Spring 2020.

News that Public Health England, which managed the "response" to the novel coronavirus hoax [i.e. passed on the messages from the controllers] is being shut down and replaced is being welcomed by the useful idiots [who think that the fake pandemic was worse than it needed to have been because of their ineptitude....lol!]

So what are the useful idiots welcoming?

[Public Health England was also, rather ineptly, actually approaching some of the things which are real bringers of early death and worse life chances - lifestyle, diet, ffitness obesity etc. Oh how comical, say the useful educated illiberal idiots in their gyms and second homes].
http://www.pharmatimes.com/news/hancock ... nd_1347010
August 19 2020
Health and Care Secretary Matt Hancock has confirmed that Public Health England (PHE) will be replaced with a new organisation called the National Institute for Health Protection (NIHP).

The new body is to start work immediately, bringing together the pandemic response work of PHE and NHS Test and Traceas well as well as the analytical capability of the Joint Biosecurity Centre under a single leadership team.

To minimise disruption to vital work dealing with the pandemic, *** the organisation will be formalised and operating from spring 2021, the government noted.

The NIHP's primary focus is to control infectious disease and deal with pandemics or health protection crises.

The group will work with local government, the NHS and the devolved administrations “to ensure we have the strongest possible health protection system for the whole of the UK”.

It will report directly to the Health and Care Secretary and support the clinical leadership of the four UK Chief Medical Officers.

“To give ourselves the best chance of beating this virus once and for all – and of spotting and being ready to respond to other health threats, now and in the future, we are creating a brand new organisation to provide a new approach to public health protection and resilience,” Hancock said.

“The National Institute for Health Protection will bring together the expertise of PHE with the enormous response capabilities of NHS Test and Trace and the Joint Biosecurity Centre to put us in the best possible position for the next stage of the fight against COVID-19 and for the long-term.”
*** suuuuure. There is no pandemic. And theyr'e giving away some of the script for 2021 there.
It's all about BIOSECURITY, a huge money spinner. Pandemics the new terrorism.
