Some recent work in that most highly regarded journal Nature
https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-020-02483-2

Which reviews recent papers, generally a pointless pile of research funded on the back of the scam no doubt, which show, afaics, that old age is a big killer
The studies reveal that age is by far the strongest predictor of an infected person’s risk of dying — a metric known as the infection fatality ratio (IFR), which is the proportion of people infected with the virus, including those who didn’t get tested or show symptoms, who will die as a result..
er, how do they know that people who don't get "tested" or "show symptom" have the phoney virus?
In June and July, thousands of people across England received a pinprick antibody test in the post.
[109,000 randomly selected individuals. Nobody died, nobody got hurt, but the percentage of various age groups who showed "Covid-19 antibodies" was recorded....
This result was used to calculate an overall IFR for England of 0.9% — or 9 deaths in every 1,000 cases.
....so we can extraplolate that to "deaths" [with Covid, naturally] especailly since the surveys and kits were only sent out in June and July 2020.
and....
“COVID-19 is not just hazardous for elderly people, it is extremely dangerous for people in their mid-fifties, sixties and seventies,” says Andrew Levin, an economist at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, who has estimated that getting COVID-19 is more than 50 times more likely to be fatal for a 60-year-old than is driving a car.
This ties in with the Do not resuscitate notices prepared for those economically irrelevant from their mid 50s in the new 4th Industrial Revolution.

From the paper
The risk of dying fromCOVID-19 increases significantly with age.
There' s no hope if this is the best "science" can come up with.

And I was just thinking, we need a 'pseudo science' thread.

Interesting Corbett Report: Most scientific paper data results cannot be reproduced.
It's a quota system, so fraud is rife.

^^^ Interesting video, Rachel.
Two points.
1. Once again we can see the similarities between the important 2009 pandemic dry run and the real thing in 2020. Where are politicians like the late Paul Flynn asking any kind of probing questions now?
2. At 3.30 note the appearance of John Ioannidis, who has been given publicity in the 2020 Coronavirus hoax. He seems to base his thoughts on the veracity of the "TESTS" for the Covid "virus".

More recently June 13 2020
https://www.thenationalherald.com/commu ... ow-434735/

It's pointless discussing the rate of death from "Covid-19" because the tests are useless and the cause of death is more than likely to be from several other causes.

Ioannidis rushed into the MSM on March 17 2020 with an estimate of the 'death rate' from Covid
https://www.statnews.com/2020/03/17/a-f ... able-data/
[Sars Cov 2 back in those days]

It's a good article, though, based on minimal data, he relies on the staged Diamond Princess operation, a key part of setting up the fake pandemic
If the level of the epidemic does overwhelm the health system and extreme measures have only modest effectiveness, then flattening the curve may make things worse: Instead of being overwhelmed during a short, acute phase, the health system will remain overwhelmed for a more protracted period. That’s another reason we need data about the exact level of the epidemic activity.

One of the bottom lines is that we don’t know how long social distancing measures and lockdowns can be maintained without major consequences to the economy, society, and mental health. Unpredictable evolutions may ensue, including financial crisis, unrest, civil strife, war, and a meltdown of the social fabric. At a minimum, we need unbiased prevalence and incidence data for the evolving infectious load to guide decision-making.

In the most pessimistic scenario, which I do not espouse, if the new coronavirus infects 60% of the global population and 1% of the infected people die, that will translate into more than 40 million deaths globally, matching the 1918 influenza pandemic.
Most recently, August 6, here is Ioannidis again
his research "based only on studies of the prevalence of coronavirus antibodies" to determine death rates.

It's well worth reading, as he offers some perspective, albeit based on official sources.

Idiocy: "Humble & Fred", freak out over Chris Sky.

The relevant portion begins at 1:24:00.

What a smug, snarky, smarmy and obsequious duo, hosting this irritating radio show.
I think Chris Sky probably did the most that was possible under such circumstances.

Is it just me, or don't both hosts sound creepily "light in the loafers"?
They'd probably ooze all over for the old "AIDS ribbon" psyop.

Strikes me , listening to this, how powerful is the argument "by appeal to authority".
Aside from the usual distortions and straw-man misrepresentations, assorted ad hominems; these "talk radio" whores have few tools to work with.

I think that many of their listeners will either be provoked into some serious investigation of their own; or some active non-compliance with the masking;
OR they will suffer traumatic "triggering", and withdraw further into the tortoise shell of reality denial and trembling fear of the boogie virus.

Such "interviews" do tend to polarize audiences.
But it gets a lot of attention from the drama and intensity.
Which is a good thing.
