MMA World entangled with "fake news".

Ronda Rousey’s fake arrest logged as real by marks at U.S. Department of Health & Human Services
A victory for those fans who still believe in pro wrestling.

What do we fakeologists do about narratives like this;
to distill some kind of clarity and restore human authenticity to sport?

As if it weren't humiliating enough to see the NBA prostituted by Nike and the agitprop dept. of the CCP / PLA.
With those ideologically programmed sloganeered jerseys. In an "arena" populated with cardboard cut-out "spectators".

To see this kind of set-up / frame-up, happening to a judo, grappling and MMA legend like Rousy, is truly a bitter disappointment.

HOW do we harvest some meaningful "truth" out of it?

Fake news from the stable of the WWE.
I feel bad for the athletes.
Why do they submit to it?

Yes. I wonder why the UFC is posting that now?

When I began serious BJJ training back in 2015, Ronda was my main inspiration.
Until Holly Holm knocked her down.
But it was enough to get me started.

UFC superstar (lost his title to Khabib)
Connor McGregor, doesn't seem to be pleasing the critics very much these days, with his new career
as a distiller of "fine Irish whiskey" .
