Re: Richard Hall v The BBC - (Manchester Arena Bombing, 22 May 2017)
Would the CPS pursue a claim for harrassment right up to the High Court in Strand? It might not have been seen to be good use of public money. But we're not told how the plaintiffs' expenses were guaranteed.
Imagine if someone were a wheelchair fetishist [do they exist?] and had knocked on the odd house to see who came to the door?
I doubt if it would have escapated to trouble m'learned KCs.
Of course it was merely a construct to make sure the state had the means to come down hard on any alternative narrative based on observable evidence.
Usually though there is a pile of duplicated back-up imagery in these events, temporarily on the cutting-room floor, which can be selectively released at a later date. It's odd, or rather predictable, that no such evidence supporting the official narrative was ever used.

From that article by Iain Davis...

Once you spot it, you can't help seeing it again and again and again and again......With the High Court having rejected all the observable physical evidence as unworthy of consideration, in her written judgement, Steyn laid out the evidence the state has presented to back-up its story about the Manchester Attack.
Hashem Abedi was in Libya when the bombing supposedly happened and didn’t offer any defence in his trial. In fact, not being permitted to offer a substantial defence, or simply not offering one at all, appears to be a common trait of trials connected to the Manchester Arena bombing.
- 1) Hashem Abedi was, as the defendant accepts, convicted of 22 counts of murder in respect of the bombing.
Full coroners inquests were not conducted in respect to any of the 22 reportedly deceased victims. The circumstances of their deaths, perhaps the most crucial fact for an inquest to establish, were not investigated because, by making the inquests part of the inquiry, the terms of reference for the inquiry—set by the government—determined the circumstances of their deaths without examining any evidence....
- 2) Inquests were held into the deaths of each of the 22 deceased victims of the Attack. Sir John Saunders, a retired High Court Judge, was nominated to conduct the inquests. On 22 October 2019, the Home Secretary announced that the inquests would become an independent inquiry, governed by the Inquiries Act 2005, chaired by Sir John Saunders.

Re: Richard Hall v The BBC - (Manchester Arena Bombing, 22 May 2017)
I never looked into the stories of the Manchester 22.
See here, the word "infections" is liberally scattered about among the hagiographies]
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-40012738
On inspecting the probate records for the 22, one finds something quite bizarre, unknown in my experience : every single one of the alleged victims had administration of their estate issued through the courts, many the Principal Registry, several Newcastle and the odd ones via Liverpool or Oxford.
That includes administration of all the teenagers who tend not to have assets in their own name, even 8 year old Saffie-Rose Brenda Roussos!
Perhaps someone can throw further light on this?
Even more perplexing is that the vast majority of the administrations [none of the adults seemed to have made a will, although that would be not unusual here since the ages only ranged up to 50/51] were issued in 2022 and 2023, 14 year old Sorrell Leczkowski's as late as June 2024!
Obviously this is a lucrative business for m'learned friends. You certainly don't need to have an "Inquiry" to be concluded, [or even a lengthy inquest] to commence and receive probate, since an interim death certificate is only needed.
In the case of the teenagers, there will be no need to look for a will which in adults, who may have hidden children/former spouses, might lead to additional complexities and lucrative searching by m'learned friends.
However, the estate of Elaine Carole McIVer was settled quickly in November 2017 and that of Liam Thomas Allen-Curry [aged 19] on August 1 2017.
Lisa Lees aged 4 had two administrations, the first in September 2017 and again in 2022, shortly before the administration of her friend, Alison Howes' estate.
The Polish Klis couple would be ideal candidates for the WP Program, easily relocated back to Poland, otherwise their two daughters would be orphans. [Aleksandra and Patrycja]
"What do you think, internet friends?" Weird or what?

The Klis daughters have a vibrant online presence
Patriciya did deign to mention her 'late' parents in 2023.
Marcin looks a big strong guy, dare I say 'bombproof'.
And of course, the couple from York took a selfie in Manchester in front of the Corn Exchange just to back up the narrative - like you do when you pick up your kids. Had they dropped them off earlier? We are not told. Obviously, they had no doubt sent this "fortuitously" to one or both of the daughters for it to appear in the press two days later...

I forgot to say that 21 of the 22 died instantly, but John Lewis Atkinson aged 32 is said to have died the next day. No lingering deaths from the expected serious injuries from a bomb containing nuts and bolts....

Re: Richard Hall v The BBC - (Manchester Arena Bombing, 22 May 2017)
Well, Lynn [FAK969] implies that RDH is a deep state actor, comparing him with Alex Jones [who had numerous defamation cases against him, rather than one spurious case of harrassment]
Anything is possible. However, I don't know how much research was done by AJ to provide evidence against the official SH narrative.
RDH was obviously teed up by UKCT. In which case the last named was also part of the plan. In which case, as Lynn intimates, this would be well in advance of any hoax management to date in North America or the rest of Europe.
For the record, the latest upload from Gemma, one of the lone voices to finger the use of the WPP to recycle crisis actors.

Legal giants Slater & Gordon did very nicely indeed out of it. Securing probate on no less than 14 out of the 22 estates. Way more than their fair share. Perhaps recommended in recognition of their sensitively in dealing with such difficult circumstances? Jackson Lees Group bagged two estates, Irwin Mitchell LLP got one, local firms in Oldham and Liverpool got two more, and two were "extracted personally", including Liam Allen-Curry, the largest estate valued at £434k gross.
Administration for the two Klis estates was granted to their orphaned daughters Aleksandra and Patrycja.
Outstanding is the grant on the estate of Philip Tron, 32 of Gateshead. Plenty of time yet; it's barely been seven years.

Re: Richard Hall v The BBC - (Manchester Arena Bombing, 22 May 2017)
That is truly mind-boggling.
I cannot begin to know where to start understanding all that.
Liam Allen-Curry by the age of 19 has amassed an "estate" just south of half a million pounds and m'learned friends didn't get a cut of that...
His administration was one of the very few settled immediately, and shortly afterwards the very modest abode in unfashionable South Shields [nowhere near Manchester] was sold for GBP73K, no doubt owned by his parents, Caroline & Andrew. Or perhaps solely Caroline who was the sole executor.
There is a younger brother, Zack [sic], who raised money for the cause.
"Victim" Chloe Ann Rutherford was Liam's girlfriend. What rotten luck again.
https://www.shieldsgazette.com/news/peo ... ge-3301555
Girlfriend Chloe's administration was only settled in July 2023.
The rest of the figures are equally crazy- eg. for the Klis couple.
Another "pair" of victims were best friends in Oldham Alison Howes and Lisa Lees, both killed almost instantaneously, as attested by Showtec steward Jade Samuel, [CPR...] BTP officer Jane Bridgwater and paramedic Patric Ennis. [from the "Inquiry" which also had evidence that the pair "re-entered" the City Room at exactly 10.27pm.] Hmmmm

A curious flurry of title changes in the preceding years on the Curry family home in South Shields, on 6 Feb 2017 and 21 Apr 2016. For sure, Slater & Gordon are the go-to firm; with dedicated teams of "specialists" (i.e. uber-costly) lawyers, with their unique synergistic expertise in Public Inquiries, Inquests, Terrorism, Disasters, Abuse, Human Rights, Personal Injury, etc.
Representing victim families of Manchester Arena, Grenfell, Savile/Hall, COVID, Lucy Letby, etc etc.
S&G is representing no less than 169 "Savile victims". Dealing with dirty old Jim is big business.

Will the honeypot ever run dry? No chance.Liz Dux, a specialist abuse lawyer at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, who represents 168 victims, said: “All the Savile and Hall victims have ever wanted from this report is truth and accountability. Despite millions having been spent on the inquiry, my clients will feel let down that the truth has still not been unearthed and many will feel it is nothing more than an expensive whitewash.

Around the time the charity was set up, this house was purchased in October 2017

It was sold in 2024. The Chloe & Liam Together 4Ever Trust staff car can be observed outside in the 2023 street view.
It had been advertised for GBP350K
