I profoundly disagree with his implication that all this is somehow "supernatural" and operates "above reality". That's just more Greek myth.
All this transparent sloppy fakery is very earthbound, ordinary, banal, trifling and obnoxious.
Doesn't impress me in the least.
Except .... maybe. ... the technology impresses me a little.
It always has. I got to study and work on some of it myself.
So that part impresses me: the tech.
For its reach, its power and it capacity to turn a normal thinking human mind, into a few pounds of mush.
