How the native tribes were displaced.

Disunity Among the Native Tribes

They spent more time and blood fighting each other for access to European trading posts, firearms, tools and liquor than actually fighting against Europeans and their expansion.

Quite unique how modern society frames everything in a victim and a perpetrator narrative.

One without sin, and an evil bully.

That whole system, which is the essence of all totalitarian systems: liberalism, communism, socialism & nationalism.

Anti-Christian in it's nature. Instead of breaking the cycle of resentment and retaliation, it tells you that resentment is good, and retaliation is even better, having deep dividing impact on the human soul.

Adopting the victim frame can be financially attractive, but has deep spiritual implications. Essentially modern society is just a battle of narratives who is the victim and who should morally revenge the other. Instead of working together and on yourself.

Most probably these guys never knew what implications were there of some guys coming on a boat.
