Hoaxes and fakeology thrive as luxuries of Western societies, where Theosophist, occult, and Masonic influences shape narratives, and the Media's role in weaving deception into the cultural fabric is sophisticated and fine-tuned. So to me, the Syrian civil war is mostly real...while maybe people like the Assad family, Jolani (leader of HTS and former Al Qaeda member) and the ISIS/Kurdish leadership are in on the hoaxes, but the people on the ground conduct violence, advance, retreat, massacre, etc.
