This Oneness is a multifaceted philosophy. It's like, if we were to go back to 1900, the concept of Art Nouveau touched everything; - art, architecture, horticulture, print media, posters/type faces, interior design/furniture, then its concepts were superseded by Art Deco, and that in turn touched everything.

While different, the manifestation is the same with ONENESS. I've posted up a couple of Carl Teichrib videos in different threads, he is worth listening to. An independent Christian researcher, what makes his research fascinating is he's boots on the ground, so he was at the Earth Summit as an independent observer that introduced Agenda 21, and he goes to Burning Man, International Wiccan and Satanic Conferences, etc.

Carl defines this Oneness in a different way to the above, but the way this world works, what Mark describes and Carl's observations are facets of the same root. Carl, more than anyone, got me onto this idea. This is quite an interesting discussion, Carl is the guest of Chris Taylor of Don't Let Them Burn and they are discussing paganism and ONENESS in transhumanism.

The thing I don't like about the term "Jewish Mysticism", it is an oxymoron. Jew is a biblical term and it only really gains meaning at the giving of the Mosaic Covenant, that's when these people are set apart. It was a contract that had a real physical manifestation aspect to it, anyone could convert to a Jew, but it required the ritual sacrifices at the temple, the feast keeping and the sign of circumcision. Therefore if you are spending your time being a mystic, you cannot really, honestly call yourself a Jew, in the same way people denying the Apostle Paul, cannot honestly call themselves Christians.
Mystic traditions generally form sub-currents within larger religious traditions (e.g. Kabbalah within Judaism, Sufism within Islam, Vedanta within Hinduism, Christian Mysticism within Christianity) and tend to set aside or move beyond the rigid institutional structures of conventional religions. Mystics are often treated skeptically and marginalized by the main religions, due to their emphasis on personal experience over doctrine, and their claims are usually considered as mere obfuscation rather than clarity of a different order or kind. However, sometimes they may be incorporated into the hierarchy of the religion, with criteria set up for validation of mystical experiences and veneration of those who achieve that status.
So Kabbalah, Sufism, Vedanta and Christian Mysticism are all manifesting the same thing.
Alan Watts (1915–1973), a British philosopher, put it this way: “The truth that religion, to be of any use, must be mystical has always been denied by the seemingly large number of people, including theologians, who do not know what mysticism is. . . . Its essence is the consciousness of union with God.”
ONENESS.
