Fakeologist Audio Musical Memes.

Hello fellow fakeologists,
In the spirit of giving time talent or treasure, my partner and I have been putting together some 'Fakeo'Audio Musical Memes'
using audio edits from Ab's show and fakeologist chats.

We've been having some fun recording music for the first time.
We both have a background in visual arts and have always wanted to play with musical things.
We really don't know what we're doing, but who knows, maybe we'll get better

Outstanding creation, Strangebird....the Gaia track is killer. Thanks for sharing. Ab should use this to start his show.

Reminds me of the CD from 1981 that Eno and Byrne supposedly did together, My Life in the Bush of Ghosts. An unusual title to say the least. Hard to believe this was a major label release on Warner without some other nefarious purpose.

The album title is derived from Amos Tutuola's 1954 novel My Life in the Bush of Ghosts. According to Byrne's 2006 liner notes, neither he nor Eno had read the novel, but they felt the title "seemed to encapsulate what this record was about".

My favorite track used to be The Jezebel Spirit featuring an exorcist. They had to be entrained to unseen forces to produce this unusual material and who really knows what was embedded in the music.

Thanks dirtybenny, your too kind, an Eno comparison with our first track!!!
We sure don't need encouragement ....I got my hands on an older multitrack recorder....one minute your practice fumbling over your scales, and the next your an aspiring engineering wizard:).... My partner just picked up a little baby synth, so lookout!

..I think your right about that Eno track, there's some mad loops happening toward the end....maybe they work for the satan:)

To be clear, I enjoy your track more than the Eno/Byrne tracks....better rhythm, timing, space...
