In the previous video, there is a woman vibe but usually they hide these kind of things.
I assume he got implants for the brow ridge and the adam apple. He's apparently 6'2 (1.87 m), which is pretty tall for a woman. One thing about the FTM is the voice, he doesn't have a deep voice and he can reach high note as seen below, in fact his voice reminds me of Paul McCartney:
