@dirtybenny, I am of the opinion we are seeing CGI in that video. The colour of paint and the type of apparent replacement is an exact match.

The more likely explanation for the person with the photos apparently being able to walk around Ukraine and find the exact locations of bombing pictures after they have been repaired is because these are part of the actual reference photos taken to create the fake bomb damage using CGI tools, and this video is an advertisement or showreel of the fakery the studio can produce.

In 2010, two years before the 2012 Olympics in London, the BBC run a SPOOKS spin-off series foreshadowing a NUCLEAR ATTACK on London. I kind of got this feeling of PLAN A/PLAN B in 2019 with the attempt to stop BREXIT without just saying like they did in Ireland, "we are going to continue having votes until you give us the correct result". So instead we had the charade of UK politicians pretending to care about defending democracy with the Prorogation of Parliament controversy.

Contrast this with a year later and the only thing MPs had to say with regards to the police state brought in via the CORONAVIRUS ACT, particularly the Opposition benches, was "THE LOCKDOWN WASN'T IMPLEMENTED SOON ENOUGH OR HARD ENOUGH"... Then when that also failed, within hours of that ACT EXPIRING, the UKRAINE WAR was triggered, which can now be turned into NUCLEAR WAR.

And with the UK Parliament DESTROYED and "RADIATION EVERYWHERE", it becomes imperative to stop freedom of movement, declare LOCKDOWN again. Similar scenarios playing out in all the countries who played along with the COVID-19 scam in 2020. And the UN has justification to step in and implement WORLD GOVERNMENT and their "GLOBAL TO LOCAL" plan which is currently being pushing through places like OXFORD anyway with ZONING.

I notice in that BBC clip, the evacuation of London was called Operation Sassoon. I wonder... This is the one by the poet the BBC chose to animate.

On Wednesday, Washington and Berlin announced they were ready to provide Kiev with M1 Abrams and Leopard 2 tanks in the coming months. The decisions came as Russia continues its special military operation in Ukraine.
A strike version of the Russian-made Marker robot will be capable of hitting the German and US-made main battle tanks, due to be delivered to Ukraine, Dmitry Rogozin, former director general of the Russian federal space agency Roscosmos, has told Sputnik.
He explained that the robot’s control system features an electronic catalog with images of targets in the visible and infrared ranges, which helps the Marker automatically detect the enemy’s military hardware.

"For example, as soon as deliveries of the Abrams and Leopard tanks to the Ukrainian troops begin, the Marker will be fitted with an appropriate electronic image to detect and destroy the US and German tanks with anti-tank guided missiles,” Rogozin said.
