What is the goal of the hive/enemy?

Alison reviews her model of the hive building a worldwide biological supercomputer in which humans would be cells for data gathering and creativity.

In my opinion, it is one of the most comprehensive models out there. She seems to minimize the spiritual warfare aspect of this, which I believe is key.

For me its a jigsaw... take the pieces that fit...



For example, I listen to Giodano, I dismiss anytime he says we would use this for peaceful means/ to help humanity / for research only... and see how it fits in to the realities around me. ie the leaders of the world are trying to kill me and control my children
