I think making a post about a pornstar is important because a lot of people are stuck into the "no dick + boobs = woman" mentality and I didn't find a video about her being a man so why not make a post and start a discussion. Yeah I think that they use castrated men in the porn industry, not everyone to mix the truth with lies but an undisclosed proportion. The short dress she's wearing at the Oxford Union, that's the typical way to shortcut the brain of a man. I'm not sure how they made her boobs since they don't look like the regular implants but they probably got a few tricks under their sleeve.
