Yes, Sarah Bibi Ali existed all right. You could order her marriage certificate from 2001 with Rogelio Robert Escarcega if you want. Or her Birth certificate from 1966.
[there is a marriage to a Kenneth C Reid in 1988 to a Sarah B Ali, no issue, which may or may not be connected]

And you could order another one for Rogelio's subsequent marriage in 2004 to Priyasmita Biswas.

Sarah had moved to NYC straight after her wedding [in 2001]..

Geoff's birth reference is Epping 1970 [1] 4a 3096 which of course aligns with their address in Loughton at the time, which they obviously left within the next four years by the time of Robert's birth.

What's the chance the picture of Geoff Campbell is actually a younger picture of Matt, and rather than Geoff back-story being fake, it's actually Matt's?

Here's a couple of shots of the apparent brothers. I'm always highly suspect of any picture that has someone else's hand hooked over the shoulder. It's the kind of mind-spam a behavioural scientist would suggest adding "to subconsciously indicate to the viewer that these two people are standing in the same physical space".

I got rid of the distracting stuff in the background, you know, the stuff likely put there to distract us, and just chopped off the tops of what I suggest are fake hands, just to get a feel for the composition. I would suggest it is a paste-up because the middle one, I take it Matt, looks like he's been pasted in at an angle to get his head closer to his brother's. And both the lack of left arms on orange guy and Matt look dodgy.
