In 2013, Public Health England discussed the One Health initiative in relation to antibiotics.

So they basically sneaked this in the veterinary route as it’s the less visible to the public. Probably doesn’t receive the same level of scrutiny either.

In 2015, the UK released this document - it's a pilot assessment for the 'Global Health Security Agenda'

Thing is, when you look at the contents page, it describes One Health perfectly.

The vector for Covid-19 entry and One Health into legislation are also made clear.

The term 'Biosecurity' furthermore lands you, eventually, on this page still cached by Wayback.

The document is from 2010, and even the headline describes 'One Health' perfectly - without ever mentioning 'One Health', of course.

In June, 2021, the UK Government released this report.

'1OO DAYS MISSION to respond to future pandemic threats'

This is of note, because it finally merges the two. 'Global Health Security Agenda' and 'One Health' are both referred to.

And while 'One Health' is still mentioned, 'Global Health Security Agenda' is not. Closest is without 'agenda' at the end.

yet, they're tax exempt, and exempted for audits?

now, they're involved in trying to get money out of the UK government. LI report them having 24 employees. who?

here's one. the leader of Wiltshire council. they have announced one of those moronic 'climate emergencies'. oh yeah - and by 2024, Salisbury is to become a 15-minute city.

2/ These will be done slightly out of order, as the most egregious articles are introduced later on.

It's furthermore chock full of presents for connected insiders, like Vanessa Kerry and Heidi Larson.

3/ The treaty systemically details a framework of operation, where the UN / WHO sits above all, with overruling authority under scenarios which they get to declare.

4/ Promises of 'sovereign rights' are nothing but empty, as they claim the right to declare pandemics, and just about every other metric used n the calculation thereof also falls under their jurisdiction.

5/ It furthermore opens the door for a total, global, real-time systemic surveillance society to 'protect you'.

There is no 'out' clause, and we all fall under fallacious "no one is safe until we all are".

6/ In fact, it furthermore hands out jobs to insiders, like Vanessa Kerry's 'Seed Global Health', which focuses on training medical staff, and sending them around the world.

And all training per WHO guidelines.

7/ The ultimate objective isn't hard to spot - ONE HEALTH.

It furthermore includes a set of criteria which are almost impossible to define, which is explicitly the point. It's intersectionality in its most obvious form.

It's a framework for the purpose of discrimination.

8/ In order to 'protect you', they also demand to centralise all data from samples (ie, PCR testing). No other framework could possibly deliver on what they promise.

9/ And while big pharma are allowed to cash in, you are expected to cough up the money for, well, literally anything. In fact, there are very few limits, because most controversiality's are littered with exceptions, which can be used as loopholes.

10/ It furthermore demands the continuation of the ludicrous fast tracking of experimental medicines and vaccinations, which the Covid-19 era brought us.

And it also requests the power to legislate vs 'substandard products', meaning if they want Ivermectin off the shelves...

11/ They are however far more flexible when it comes to companies producing 'products', in fact, going as far as to create ludicrously advantageous conditions which are certain to be cashed in on.

Yet, they still expect you to subsidise the operation.

12/ And the supply chain. Remember Breton demanding control over the supply chain.

Well, so does the WHO. And it's vertically integrated - basically every step from raw mineral to output.

This is central planning, make no mistake.

13/ They also make false promises to not discriminate, yet outline 'exemptions' for 'vulnerable' people everywhere throughout the text.

And they hammer home that the WHO is centrally placed in this, conveniently, a few sections after having drawn ONE HEALTH into the text.

14/ And as per usual - the further you read on, the worse it becomes - which is why the chapter on One Health is left until fairly late on.

They know most people won't read beyond a page or two.

15/ And in that regard, Article 19 is a horror show, because not only do they demand to control 5% of state health finance (which they get to allocate), they also reserve the right to increase this, plus bill you for your own surveillance in the prison colony.

16/ Any public servant signing this sells out his people. The UN / WHO will be in control, will realtime surveil you, store your PCR samples in global database, and have unilateral power to declare emergencies.

And there will be no politician to vote out.

This is fascism.


17/ Almost forgot - art 25 details reservations, in no uncertain terms outline that only reservations acceptable are permitted. Ie, no reservations.

27 details withdrawal being neigh-on impossible, as you're still expected to live up to the protocol - ie the core principle

It’s been a long day, and I’m going to be fairly express here.

In 2010, the World Bank released a report; 'People, Pathogens and Our Planet'. It was the first volume, with the sequel arriving two years later.

Subtitled ‘Volume 1: Towards a One Health Approach for Controlling Zoonotic Diseases’.

The acknowledgements make clear - prepared by the World Bank, with full cooperation of the WHO, UNICEF, FAO, the OIE, and the DFID.

The foreword quickly outlines the ‘One Health’ mission, and how the implementation at this stage (2010) is not clearly understood...
