The Dead Sea scrolls are a mixture of old documents that were hidden in a number of caves to be miraculously found and used to support the establishment of Israel, a country intended for Jews only.

This goes on till certain critics are dead and the scrolls have been purged of all anachronisms (like Arabic numerals).
Then, in 1991, only 45 years after their “discovery”, the Huntington Library, in San Marino, California, without consent, makes facsimile copies of the scrolls available to all.
So that, in brief, is the Dead Sea scrolls Hoax.
More, however, can be deduced….
One can even guess where the Dead Sea documents came from.
It turns out that some of the Dead Sea documents, for example, the “Damascus Document,” are nearly identical to documents from the Genizah collection of the Ben Ezra Synagogue in Cairo, Egypt. So, it is likely that many of the Dead Sea scrolls had their source there.
Worldwide, there are ten manuscripts of the “Damascus Document” from the Dead Sea scrolls and two manuscripts from the Cairo Genizah. This strange distribution is a result of the fraud. The “Damascus Document” was first published in 1910 by Solomon Schechter in “Fragments of a Zadokite Work.”

Now, the Arabs have ruled Egypt since they defeated the Greek armies around 635 AD.

This would explain why Hebrew and Arabic are nearly identical languages.
This would explain why the Hebrew and Islamic religious traditions are very similar.
And, it would also explain why Jews turned up in Spain with the Arabs (Moors).

A Cock and Bull Story

He wrapped them in cellophane and put it in a shoebox under a floorboard where they lay for eleven years without taking any precautions for their protection and preservation. That’s not the behaviour of a dealer in valuable antiquities. Eleven years later scholars were at last said to have somehow acquired the scrolls which were by then severely damaged by moisture. That story never comes close to passing the Duck Test! As presented, the story makes no sense. It’s just not credible.

A Most Convenient Find

Everything in this story suggests fraud. Their age is an estimate without any basis while there is not a single word on the topic of authentication. I was always under the impression that the caves were originally home to the Ebionites with James as the head after Yeshua ascended, later used by the people (priests?) who read and heard the warning trumpets before the siege of Jerusalem, where as many of the scrolls from the Temple were carried out before the temple was destroyed. This location would of been chosen on account of it's difficulty to find and the possibly the best place to avoid the spoiling of the materials (desicating mean air to moisture levels over time).

The scrolls also could be like any other discovery where the timing is actually correct for the ability of man to be presented with new knoweldge which in biblical terms is the timing of begining and end to prophecy, punishment and knowlege increase.

I think that's the main point and also the main reason why I strongly doubt the realness.

The scrolls in Israel provides tangible "evidence" of the Jewish presence and religious practices in the region over two thousand years ago. This connection is important for the national identity and the sense of historical continuity among Israelis.

The scrolls help validate historical accounts of the Jewish people in their "ancestral homeland". This aspect is particularly significant in the context of the complex and often contested history of the Middle East.

It's a foundational document, which makes the Jews the "real" heirs to the land. They have been driven away, but now they have come back to their ancestral homeland.

The dates are no accident.
