for me it's very simple:

1 - I lack the expertise, jargon, working knowledge, interest and affinity with the real nitty-gritty of the medical and microbiological fields, so I try to first understand and then convey things

for an 8 year old

2 - in order to be able to tackle a psyop, first one needs to acknowledge which factors are real, such that those are not abused by narratives, yet explained in a logical, natural, organic order

following the mentalversity concept - we get to truth only TOGETHER

How I understand it now:

These can be harmful to man. And in my experience getting rid of these parasites improves health. (infected wound, worms, or funghi)

The rest in my opinion, is extremely unclear, it's all modeled reality. Nobody can see a virus. It's like "space". It's a model for our universe. But nobody can see it. Test it.

I think virology is a fraudulent as nukes or our concept of "space". It's a model. An idea. Not reality.
The model might be effective / slightly predictive, but it's not reality.

You can see a worm, bacteria, funghi with your own eyes under a microscope or with bare eyes. It's simple.

The rest is either theory or statistics (your blood pressure it too high, hence you get medicine, even though you feel good)

The medical practice is extremely sick. It's like moon travel. And fake nukes. A theoretical physics. And statistical mockery.
