As circles are widely used in Satanism, this image can tell us that Satan is in the center connecting the 9 religions that are at the end of the image, represented by smaller circles with 9 triangles around them.

"Amazing Polly" seems to have an inordinate hostility to "terrain theory". Either that, or she sees the "no such thing as germ infection" meme as a diversion and a decoy / trap.
In the same way as some NASA authohoaxers might see "flat earth" as a planted disinfo trope.
