Not airborne. It very much appears they are setting up the system that ran in the dark ages...the system that led to the Black Death. Walled cities and poisoning the water supply.
Interestingly enough, one of the major rules of the Baha'is is not to drink the municipal water without it being filtered.
When the UK announced lockdowns, there was a move by the government to take control of all UK's water supplies...which are currently controlled by local authorities. 2020, apparently everyone in the UK is dying from a COVID...but this is exactly the time plastic-face Chris Whitty tells us kids teeth are important, so him having total control to drug the water with fluoride in order to protect children's teeth, you know, the ones that are just going to fall out anyway, is a champion idea.
