My take without looking is this is another 9/11 event.
The footage you're given is fabricated. It will be analyzed forever like the wtc plane footage.
The bridge, like most USA infrastructure, was probably in need of extreme repair and needed to be replaced.
CDI of Phoenix Maryland probably blew it up like any other bridge and now the insurance companies or governments (you) will pay for it.
