It could well be, as expounded here, that the elites are literal hermaphrodites. Some of the gender bending observed may indeed be the (forced) sacrifice of regular folk, but the bloodlines of the rulers themselves (angel-human offspring, if one goes by biblical authority) are probably very unique, hence the exclusive interbreeding.

In the video linked above, the presenter gives a candid summary starting around 30 minutes 23 seconds. It is very persuasive to regard the LGBTQ+ agenda as a smokescreen for such a secret.
