What Is Australia, the Land or the Sea?

I came across some interesting videos by Justinian Deception / Glossa Channel / Romley Stewart.
This goes into the territory (
) of freeman / sovereign stuff, and maritime commercial law.

In the video they show Australia is described as including the ocean and some islands around what is normally considered Australia proper, and not the landmass itself.
