The fakeness of George Floyd

No one has posted up here about the George Floyd story, well no one posts anything really... But because I've come across quite an interesting one reminiscent of the BBC announcing Building 7 had collapsed in on its own footprint about 15 minutes before the actual 'event' happened, I thought I'd start this thread.
As reported by halturnerradioshow.com - it would seem it has confirmation that 'the death' that sparked the US and London riots was a 'planned event'...
Little Help Here: How Did the Obama Foundation Tweet a George Floyd Poster on May 17, when he wasn’t Killed until May 25?
This is the screen grab they claim is from 17th May showing the picture of George Floyd on a poster, that's eight days before his actual death, and if we believe his back story, was at that point only famous for doing porn.
Is the grab true or a paste-up? If you go to that Obama Foundation tweet now you get the following. But where has the picture gone?

Having a little look down the thread to see if I can see any quotes, I find this…
That's an archived screen grab, and indeed if I go to that link, it confirms the archived version of the original photo is correct…

I haven’t used twitter for a long time, but when were you able to go into an old tweet to edit it? Can the user change or delete an imbedded image if they upload a different image at the same original address, or just remove the image? If so, it explains all the image dropouts in the Obama Foundation feed. They all probably relate back to that image being deleted rather than changed. But was that at user level or at Twitter admin level this happened?
