It's actually very simple. Just two things:
1.Drink more water
2. Stop eating fruit together, as berry spreads on a slice of bread for example, or after meals. as desert for example...
Fruit shall ALWAYS be eaten BEFORE meals. On an empty stomach. I don't remember all the details from the book Fit for life, by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond, as I read it 30 years+ ago, but that book turned my life around, from always suffering from heart burn and acid reflux, to totally cured from it in just a few days.
