i heard somewhere ,don't know where but somewhere the french were in charge of anything leaving earth ,i always blame them french space masons for everything so,i will have to confirm it .

i didn't inbvent the idea of the french running space ,it might have been gernsback,or verne or wells ,it's all mixed up ...
