4,445 excess deaths in 2022 and since the largest state funded Dutch news broadcaster is completely silent about it, protesters put a post-it on their headquarters for every person who died ‘suddenly’.

More from Paris.

Armored Paris, demonstrations banned. Macron is afraid.

More makeshift barricades today.
Macron used 49.3 - the article which allows the govt to force a bill through the Assemblée Nationale without a vote. The only alternative to stop the bill now is to overthrow the govt 😏

Russia? No, Macron's France.

The biggest nationwide protest since the beginning of the records for France ...

🇫🇷 2-5,000,000 protested in over 200 areas across France. 😡 Protests heated by police violence against women and the elderly. 🚨 France is on the edge of a civil war.

In France they have clear ideas: "Louis XVI we beheaded him, Macron we can start over!"
Someone French will have to confirm if that is what they are shouting.

While Macron speaks to the nation on television, millions of French people take to the streets not to hear his speech.
🇫🇷 Strasbourg - impromptu protest tonight for them too. It’s happening all across France. Macron’s address to the nation went down like a lead balloon.
