There's no way to make "democracy" better in the way that benefits the people. Democracy is and has always been a tool for governments to gain "consent" and control, giving the illusion to the people that THEY make the decisions. It's all an elaborate scheme to keep the system of domination going. The Soviet union, North korea, Weimar Germany all had constitutions, of voting process, and a "Bill of Rights". People need to see through the euphemisms and indoctrination and recognize the actual mechanisms at work.
