Personal Story. I once tried to edit a Wikipedia page and quickly found out at the time (~2012 or so) that a large group of pages were procured by a user named MrBill3. In the wikipedia sphere, it claimed he was an overt member of the “Skeptics Society” (not known to me at the time, but a known disinfo group). The profile said he was “a nurse in NYC”.
